Great hotel service was lovely only issue is waiting over 1 hour for the shuttle bus, no taxi would take us as it is too near other than that it was a great stop off for my 16 hour transit between flights.

Location is good. Free shuttle between the hotel and the airport every thirty minutes daytime. Very friendly and convenient for early flight passengers.

维也纳国际酒店上海浦东机场自贸区店一免费提供浦东机场和迪士尼班车接送 is set in Shanghai, 9 km from Shanghai Disneyland and 20 km from Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Couldn't have been much more comfortable or convenient. My only regret is that I didn't wake up early enough to really enjoy the extensive breakfast on offer before I had to leave for the airport. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Providing free shuttle service to Pudong International Airport and Disneyland, New Knight Royal Hotel is only a 15-minute drive from Pudong International Airport. Everything was great and the staff is helpful. The room is Huge! They have free transfer, but I was waiting for an hour (if you’re familiar with China, just order Didi better)

The staff was super friendly and helped us out a lot with various requests! Also, all the tiny things were surprisingly good, for example the toothbrushes were high quality wich is rare for a hotel.

We were greeted early in the morning by an employee (#3) Shirley. She was SO helpful and accommodating, awesome with the kids, professional and always smiling 😊 The food was delicious, the place was super clean and in an excellent location! Close to the airport, a free and convenient shuttle bus. They even decorated the room with princess sheets and a teepee for the kids. Full toiletries that smelled delicious. We arrived early morning (7 am and left the same day 9pm), they allowed us to check in super early, and worked with our odd layover hours, allowing us to rest and recharge for our next flight. Highly recommend this hotel !!!!
