The staff were very polite - from security guards, to receptionists, kitchen staff as well as cleaning staff. Initially I was sceptical about the area as I was told high insecurity around there, I did not witness any insecurity, unrest or trouble at all during my short stay.

But most of all it is the staff and security people that makes this place; very friendly, helpful. Especially the Indian manager goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable and is always available for any questions or help. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks everybody!
