Rooms and whole hotel were very clean. The service was impeccable. Food was great especially the kids' meal. Lots of activities for the family. Lots of complimentary service. Love their bath products too. Complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver! Maybe the faucet can use some fixing. Just minor leak of the faucet sink in the bathroom otherwise, everything was great. Stay was comfortable and relaxing. Very family friendly. Hotel allows pets in certain floors too.

Where to start? The people are amazing, Marketa and Gerel in particular are so incredibly kind, the location is the best ever in Victoria and so is the breakfast. We came back after 3 long years and felt at home. This is our place in Victoria. We will not go anywhere else.

The view over the inner Harbour was beautiful but what really sticks out in my memory is how great the staff were. especially Marc and Jamie. Would highly recommend staying here
