Love their bath products too. Complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver! Maybe the faucet can use some fixing. Just minor leak of the faucet sink in the bathroom otherwise, everything was great. Stay was comfortable and relaxing. Very family friendly. Hotel allows pets in certain floors too.

The people are amazing, Marketa and Gerel in particular are so incredibly kind, the location is the best ever in Victoria and so is the breakfast. We came back after 3 long years and felt at home. This is our place in Victoria. We will not go anywhere else.
