Hotel in Staniel Cay ( 0.1 miles)
Offering a barbecue and views of the garden, EMBRACE Resort is Set in Staniel Cay. Certain rooms have a private bathroom with a spa bath. All rooms have free toiletries and hairdryer. Celebrating our 10 yr anniversary and bucket list experience to see the swimming pigs, our stay at Embrace was so wonderful! The staff were top notch professionals-friendly, responsive, helpful and fun. The location cannot be beat- just a short walk from the airport, the beach and the yacht club. We rented a golf cart and a boat from Mr. Rolle which gave us freedom to explore the islands nearby. Tajia and the rest of the team, Gabby, Dexi, and Dee made us feel like family. And those run cakes that “mom” made at the Flying Pig Cafe were scrumptious, (we literally can’t stop talking about those cakes). Embrace Resort exceeded our expectations in every way and the staff are delightful! Highly recommend!

just an unbelievable location. We wish we had spent longer here because we spent the next half of oour holiday at the atlantis and it was awful compared to staniel cay. we even swam in unpopulated beaches and saw wild stingrays, it was just amazing.
A small island hideaway used by yachties and boaters. The water is incredibly stunning, beautiful sunsets and friendly people. The Flying Pig Cafe is run by the folks at Embrace Resorts with a variety of food and drinks available. The Staniel Cay Yacht Club was a great place for hanging out, watching the yachts moored and excellent food. A great place to people watch. The beaches were spectacular with soft white sand and calm waters on one side of the island and the more craggy and rougher Atlantic side. There is one church on the island that visitors and the island people attend. A very warm, hospitable and friendly island. Take an excursion to tool around the islands. Gold carts are the best way to get around, but bikes and walking is easy to do as well. The island is small, only about 2 square miles. One can't get lost! There are a few grocery stores as well. Just remember, most food is imported and expensive. Bring cash, as there are no ATM's on the island. Some places will take credit cards.
If you're looking for nightlife or nice restaurants to eat this is not the place to go. There is literally one place that you can eat. It's hard to find food to cook on your own because you have to wait for the boat to come in if you're buying groceries, there's not a lot and they are expensive. If you want to fish and boat, this is the place but it is very expensive to rent. At night time there is absolute nothing to do but sit home and drink or go to the one bar "yacht club" to drink.
