We'd stayed the week before on our way up to Cairns for Christmas, great place to stay with our 2 dogs, Shannon at reception gave us phenomenal service, friendly and personable. Unfortunately we had to leave our old girl up in Cairns, Shannon showed great care and compassion through a tough time. Absolutely recommend staying if you have pets travelling with you, when they say they are pet friendly they mean it.Thanks guys for a great stay, you have a lovely establishment and we can't wait to come back!

I was very impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and service of this motel. The room was spacious, well-equipped and had a nice view. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful in particular the young man at the pool. The motel also has a pool and a restaurant next door which were great. The location is convenient and I would highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for an over-night quality stay in Barcaldine. It was a great value for money and a pleasant experience.
