Once I made reservation, she reached out right away to confirm, helped me with an address as it s not showing on Google maps due to new area around. She offered pick up and drop off. My flight was very late and I was so happy I got picked up! Therefore, even if your flight is like 3am, not to worry, they ll pick you up. Transfer os little pricier and you can definitely take yandex taxi you have an app. But if you r tired after long flight and it s arriving super late, it s nice to not to worry and get a transfer arranged. Further, the room was super clean, check out was flexible and I could sleep un a little. I think because it s not a high season, check in and check outs are more flex, which you never find in regular hotels! Siranush fed me amazing breakfast and I left with great mood ready to explore Yerevan Strongly recommend!!! Thank you!

Very comfortable bed, clean towels, modern renovation and very tasty dishes. Transfer was organized very punctually. If you travel Armenia we only advise this hotel. It is just 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot.

The apartment is newly reconstructed and clean, well located, close to Jerevan's airport. If you need to do the transfer to another flight and stay during a night (or more nights) in Jerevan, as we did, I can highly recommend. The owner is nice and polite, she can arrange a transfer from airport to the apartment for very good price. We traveled with our children and they received lots of gifts, sweets and fruit as well as home made limonade. If we travel to Jerevan we will defintly come back again. The owner came to the apartment to assure a trasfer for us back to the airport at 3.30 a.m. as we had following flight at 5.40! She slept only few hours to be sure we get well to the airport And on time! Amazing!
