Very lovely room, big and nicely furnished, simple but beautiful decorations, tea and water are provided by hosts. Clean and well smell. Hand made soap. And the cheery on the top of the cake - warm floors heating. We received a link with recommendations about restaurants and activities in the town. My friend tried surfing, we went for dinner in restaurants like 5 mins by foot. The guest house itself is located very close to the center and around 20 mins by foot to the beach. Has enough space for parking. Host asked us questions about food preferences and our breakfast was completely perfect according for requests. Fruits, tea, coffee and fresh water are always available on the common area. Also we were invited for a dinner made by one or the hosts - she is amazing cook and it was a 5 course dinner for 30€ per person. Totally worth it!

The pictures on Booking don’t do this place justice. We were pleasantly surprised with the house and it’s luxury. The host sr. Antonio is incredibly nice and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and so was the shower. We, but mostly the kids, enjoyed the swimming pool and it’s surroundings. We stayed in the big house. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area. We went to Galé beach that is very close by and even though the sign said no dogs we were told by the guard that as long as we go left or right from the restaurant it’s no problem to take the dog. The beach was beautiful and almost deserted. We absolutely loved everything about this place and will definitely be coming back.

Perfect location, right next to a gorgeous beach. Helena and the staff were wonderful. And the breakfast is outstanding…especially the homemade yogurt! Just an incredible place to relax and recharge.

Offering an outdoor pool and sun terrace, Herdade AMÁLIA RODRIGUES is situated in Brejao in the Alentejo Region, 43 km from Lagos. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site.... Dom Antonio Felipe is such a warmful host. We can feel Amalia's spirit during our privileged stay, with respect and bliss. Set in Zambujeira do Mar, 900 metres from Sudoeste TMN, Monte Soalheiro boasts an outdoor pool and views of the canal. Wonderful place, the pool area is relaxing and peaceful. The room is big and the bed very comfortable and everthing is super clean. The fact that there is a free self-service assortiment of cakes/cookies at any time of the day is a nice touch! A bit off-centered but great location to explore the surroundings (e.g. with a mountainbike)
