Arrival was very uncomplicated. There was a little cute shuttle bus brining me to my apartment. The apartment itself was very nice and and met my expectations. I would for sure book it again.

We gave it a 10 because: Very nice rooms, very good mattresses and pillows, very friendly staff, very good location to explore the city on foot, very good and rich breakfast and the wifi worked perfectly. There is great onsite parking for cars. There are many rooms but no long corridors. The place looks new and is spotlessly clean. I was able to communicate in English and broken Italian. The food was excellent with generous portions. Good value. The location is very close to the Sanctuary of Padre Pio and Chiesa Santa Maria delle Grazie. It is about a three minute walk but all uphill and quite steep. A good counter balance to all the food consumed. I would love to stay here again.

Super nice, still can’t believe of the surprise received - as at the arriving we were informed we have been upgraded from the standard to suite! As the streets of trulli zone are pretty narrow, Stoney and with a few stairs, being only pedestrian area - we were super glad of being spotted by the resort staff that made sure we would not drag suitcases around the area in vain
