Staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast would have cost more in the USA than the room cost. it was marvelous and plentiful. Hidden in among the olive trees made it all that more special to us, an Italian and an Italy enthusiast.

We commend the place for it's spacious room and toilet. The price is very affordable too. The breakfast was so good and very filling. The place is also welcoming as everyone are pilgrims as well. Il Gabellota Resort offers you the opportunity to enjoy the Puglia countryside while staying in a Trullo or a stone room. The resort is stunning! Great location, just 15min walking from downtown, with a great parking lot. The property is really beautiful, curated to every detail, amazing garden and pool area. During my stay they had live music on the garden and it was lovely. The breakfast was really tasty and diverse. The room was impecable, the bed was super comfortable. The staff was really lovely and helpful. I will definitely come back in the future.

This property was ultra modern , clean and the staff were very polite they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and communicated very well through text to let you know everything that was going on. The spa facility is honestly the best spa I’ve ever been to and the fact that you get it all to your self is an added bonus. The bed room and beds are soooo… comfortable and plush. This hotel is a must stay . I accidentally forgot my stuff in the safe on my way to the airport , the hotel made sure to shuttle my documents and contents in the safe and because of this I did not miss my flight . I want to thank this hotel for the outstanding service .
