Pictures don’t do this hotel justice. It is a newly renovated hotel that is very clean and quiet. The bathroom was large and modern. Unlike many budget hotels, the room felt comfortable and inviting. It is a ~12 minute drive from the hotel to Clearwater beach. The owner is very friendly and always striving to improve his property. I loved the stay and thought it was underpriced given the quality of the rooms. I highly recommend this hotel!

Clean, modern, well maintained hotel. This is the second time I stayed (last time was 2 years ago) and it was just as comfortable and top notch. Rooms are spacious and very quiet. Staff very professional and friendly. Lots of free parking. If you are travelling with your dog, a nice grassy area to walk the dog. I took advantage of the Dunkin down the street so walked the dog every morning, grabbed a coffee and walked back. I did not take advantage of the breakfast but I did take a look and it was nicely presented. The breakfast area is also nice and light and bright with lots of tables and very inviting.

Among other things, the location! We are Blue Jay fans that wanted to take in a spring training game. We had no idea that TD Ballpark was walkable from the hotel. A gorgeous walk along Edgewater Drive or the Pinellas Trail. Also, those take you to Main St Dunedin which is a must.
