Very comfortable room, the facilities in general are top notch; the spa is a great way to relax after wandering around the city. The location is good - walking distance from the centre, and easy to access from the airport. Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Tot ha sigut excepcional (habitació, detalls, esmorzar, personal...). Estava en una habitació petita i la relació qualitat-preu és fantàstica. Tot i que l'hotel està una mica allunyat del centre, hi ha força autobusos; si no, també és fàcil arribar-hi a peu. Els voltants també valen molt la pena, a dues passes del riu Arno i de les murallles de Florència.

everything! hands down to the staff they were so nice and helpful, specially Mario! the day I was arriving I had a delay on my flight and then on the train going to Florence so I arrived past the time for take the shuttle service to the hotel. but Mario was so considerate and helpful and he was checking on me before arriving in Florence and at the end he arranged the shuttle bus to pick me up. later on he showed me the property and the facilities! I couldn’t be happier with this hotel I really hope to come soon. thank you

Giovanni at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small (but it’s this way for most big cities) but clean and new. The hotel is near to the central market and a nice stroll to the duomo also near from train station so relatively easy to walk.
