It was spacious, well furnished, nicely decorated… washing machine, dryer, kitchen and household appliances fully functional and included. Free parking was also included, but we didn’t use it. Wi-fi was included and well functioning. We found the apartment clean when we arrived. Communication with the real estate agency and check-in & check-out instructions very clear and effective. Top premium place, super recommended.

The location is very quiet in beautiful surroundings on the Little Manatee River. It is close to Simmons Park and the Bahia Beach Preserve. The owner, Tammie Saxon, provided invaluable help getting me to my cottage and getting my disabled vehicle to servicing. Canoes and fishing gear are available. There's a large swimming pool area but the weather was too cool for pool activities during my stay. The manager, Lynn, made check in effortless and she had no problem extending my stay.
