Incredibly kind. Uphill to get there if you are walking, be warned; super sweet owners offered to pick me up/drop me off: super kind. Nice, quit location, clean room with kitchen and balcony, big shared terrace as well. 10/15 min walk to the beach/restaurants, etc. Soft beds not super stable but fine. Owners available for assistance! Upgraded me also. Sweet! Good value ;)

Newly build houses close to the Ceravici restaurant. It is on the farm so we had the farm tour too, which was fun. The house is big enough for a family, well equipped, beautiful woodwork inside. The location is not in Budva, but this is why we liked it. It was quiet and you could leave behind the crowd even in the peak season. The swimming pool is well maintained enough big for swimming, you need nothing else for a vacation with kids. Please note my review is about the accommodation, the restaurant is ok as well but accommodation is outstanding. Very nice host, super close walk to delicious bakery, coffee, gelato, a few delicious restaurants, and grocery store. The area is very relaxing overall. Short drive to other beach towns for the day, but you will look forward to relaxing back at this modern and spacious property.
