Our stay at this hotel was excellent. I especially want to mention the staff, absolutely everyone was friendly, smiling and helpful. Saskia Ambu helped us throughout our stay, helped us order a taxi and tuk-tuk, explained to the drivers where to take us and what we needed to find. A good attitude was manifested even in non-obvious things, such as giving us water to take with us in the car, treating us to a Sri Lankan dish and giving us a free visit to the sauna, but unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of it. Breakfast was delicious, dining room was clean, service was fast and high quality. Again all the staff are absolutely amazing. I also want to mention the cleanliness. The room, the bathroom and bed were very clean. Wifi worked well and we were even able to watch a TV series from it.

This was my favorite accomodation of all the 7 we experienced during our 2 weeks stay in Sri Lanka. Quiet location, beautiful garden, loved the decore, the rooms are so big, spacious, the mosy comfortable bed I slept in in Sri Lanka. Luxurious bathroom, everything was perfectly curated, attention to details and good quality in everything. Everyone on the staff is smiling, kind and willing to help with whatever you need. Breakfast is abbundant, indian,western and sri lankan options. I had such a lovely birthday surprise in the room (won't be a spoiler with the details...) - it really made my day! The manager was kind enough to even help us with laundry, free of charge. We highly appreciate all the support and totally recommend for your stay in Nuwara Elyia - you will love this place :)

Kent Cottage localiza-se a 2,6 km de Lago Gregory e fornece acomodações com um jardim, um restaurante e uma cozinha partilhada, para sua conveniência. The property is located in a beautiful place called little England cottages..The surrounding view is amazing.Hotel stuffs are very friendly.Overall a great stay and good value for money.

Com comodidades para churrascos e vistas para as montanhas, o Thuring's Holiday Bungalow está situado em Nuwara Eliya, a 600 metros do Lago Gregory. The place is very clean and neat, we had fresh flowers in the room. The towels and bed linen are clean and feel nice and fresh. The location is up the hill, not close to the city centre, but very close to tea plantations and a nice 10 min road to Gregory lake. The owner is very kind and made sure to extend our stay when we requested, as well as arrange tuk-tuks whenever we needed one. Overall one of the best stays in Sri Lanka so far, highly reccommend.

A 3,4 km de Lago Gregory e 10 km de Hakgala Botanical Garden, Townside Lodge providencia acomodações numa área central de Nuwara Eliya. The hosts were exceptionally warm and friendly and accommodative. Responded to appeals promptly. Property was very clean, and the atmosphere pleasant for a holiday. The bedding and sofas were comfortable, and all necessities attended to. Privacy was ensured. Parking facility for a van was appreciated.

The views are exceptional and the rooms are very spacious with large balconies. But what I will never forget is the kindness of Aquila, and the chef. Aquila , the general manager, surprised us in the morning with a birthday 🎂 celebration , he had baked a beautiful cake and had decorated the table with fresh flowers 🌺 , he also had a gift 🎁 for me!! it was so unexpected since we had only casually mentioned my birthday 🥳 the night before ! Thank you again for your infinite kindness and your creativity !
