I especially want to mention the staff, absolutely everyone was friendly, smiling and helpful. Saskia Ambu helped us throughout our stay, helped us order a taxi and tuk-tuk, explained to the drivers where to take us and what we needed to find. A good attitude was manifested even in non-obvious things, such as giving us water to take with us in the car, treating us to a Sri Lankan dish and giving us a free visit to the sauna, but unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of it. Breakfast was delicious, dining room was clean, service was fast and high quality. Again all the staff are absolutely amazing. I also want to mention the cleanliness. The room, the bathroom and bed were very clean. Wifi worked well and we were even able to watch a TV series from it.

One of the best hotels in this little England like area. You will feel overdose nature here. Rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean. Price wise it is for sure not cheap, however for the same quality cottages you will have to stay in much expensive ones. Kind staff.

La Grande Villa poskytuje restauraci, zahradu, sdílený lounge a terasu. Gregory jezero se nachází 2,6 km odtud. This was my favorite accomodation of all the 7 we experienced during our 2 weeks stay in Sri Lanka. Quiet location, beautiful garden, loved the decore, the rooms are so big, spacious, the mosy comfortable bed I slept in in Sri Lanka. Luxurious bathroom, everything was perfectly curated, attention to details and good quality in everything. Everyone on the staff is smiling, kind and willing to help with whatever you need. Breakfast is abbundant, indian,western and sri lankan options. I had such a lovely birthday surprise in the room (won't be a spoiler with the details...) - it really made my day! The manager was kind enough to even help us with laundry, free of charge. We highly appreciate all the support and totally recommend for your stay in Nuwara Elyia - you will love this place :)

Kent Cottage se nachází v destinaci Nuwara Eliya a poskytuje restauraci a výhled do zahrady. Gregory jezero se nachází 2,6 km daleko a Hakgala Botanical Garden 7,2 km. Very clean, beatefull location, responsive staff.

Thuring's Holiday Bungalow se nachází ve městě Nuwara Eliya, 600 metrů od jezera Gregory. Nabízí gril, výhled na hory a soukromé neplacené parkoviště. The place is very clean and neat, we had fresh flowers in the room. The towels and bed linen are clean and feel nice and fresh. The location is up the hill, not close to the city centre, but very close to tea plantations and a nice 10 min road to Gregory lake. The owner is very kind and made sure to extend our stay when we requested, as well as arrange tuk-tuks whenever we needed one. Overall one of the best stays in Sri Lanka so far, highly reccommend.

Townside Lodge se nachází v centru města Nuwara Eliya a může se pochlubit patiem s výhledem do zahrady. The hosts were exceptionally warm and friendly and accommodative. Responded to appeals promptly. Property was very clean, and the atmosphere pleasant for a holiday. The bedding and sofas were comfortable, and all necessities attended to. Privacy was ensured. Parking facility for a van was appreciated.

Floating Mountain Villa se nachází v destinaci Nuwara Eliya a nabízí venkovní bazén, zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a výhled na hory. The photos on booking.com do not do this house justice. I have been back for a month and I am still dreaming about the peace and tranquility we felt whilst we stayed there. Akila is truly a gem, and we really appreciated being checked up on by the owner throughout our stay. We wished we could have stayed longer and we will definitely be back to stay longer next time.
