The view from the main window in the living room was beautiful. There was a TV with Netflix. The self-check-in was easy. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. There were some spices in the kitchen that we could use (probably left by other guests).

Absolutely fantastic house in the Nordeste region, in a very quiet area, near only one house and all the rest are fields and a seaview from balcony. Very good aircon. Very good blackout curtains and window shutter so those who can have a good sleep only in darkness and silence will definitely have a perfect rest here. Wifi is good, TV is great. Bed, sofa etc - very comfortable. Shower - all good. Kitchen - very well equipped, you will have all the amenities if you want to cook. Parking just in front of house. Very friendly host who was all the time in connection with us and allowed to keep luggages for several hours after our check out. Overall - perfect stay and rest. If I had money, I would buy this house for myself :)

The accommodation is very beautiful, clean and very well equipped with a wonderful view of the sea and sunset. Nunno is a very warm host with great generosity that will make you feel at home. I highly recommend Casa Amelia.

The location is great, however the view from the property and the patio is absolutely breathtaking (we even got the chance to spot dolphins in the ocean below) We had the first breakfast prepared by the host which was very kind and appreciated as we arrived at night There is a barbecue in the garden for use

Before our arrival I had wondered, how can an accomodation get a 10/10 perfect rating, shouldn't that be impossible? But quickly after our arrival, we completely echoed this impressive rating. We had an absolutely amazing time at Serenity House, and wish we would have booked for longer! The host António was simply wonderful and so helpful. The house is modern, meticulously designed, clean and comfortable, in a calm area. It is a great home-base to explore the rest of the island. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Very nice and big house with a beautiful and huge garden with sea view!! We also did BBQ there. All North-Eastern, central and Eastern parts of Sao Miguel easily accessible by car. There's no shop or restaurant in the village, however, pickups with vegetable&fruit, meat, pastries etc. come everyday. It's a 2-street village, neighbours live close-by, the backyard is quiet and pieceful. Parking available on the street across the house. As it can rain quite frequently, it can get a bit humid inside. All in all, very recommendable, we had a wonderful time there!!
