Owners greeted me at the property with a warm welcome and a cold drink, keys, explanations! Incredibly kind. Uphill to get there if you are walking, be warned; super sweet owners offered to pick me up/drop me off: super kind. Nice, quit location, clean room with kitchen and balcony, big shared terrace as well. 10/15 min walk to the beach/restaurants, etc. Soft beds not super stable but fine. Owners available for assistance! Upgraded me also. Sweet! Good value ;)

The villa is located in a village near a small bay with a beautiful rocky beach (5 min walking from the house). There is public parking nearby but you will need to walk to the place about 200m. The owners are hospitable, punctual, and friendly, it was easy to find the location and get the keys. The villa itself has everything for a pleasant stay: comfortable bedrooms, a large living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. It is great that the villa is not just a guest place but is a real family house with a nice modern interior and a full set of equipment that makes you feel at home right away. The backyard is spacious, you can sunbathe, play, and rest there, not to mention it has a grill and an outdoor shower.

It is better than it looks in the pictures! Brand new, spacy, 4 big rooms with private bathroom each, comfy beds and TVs, huge living room, kitchen and dining table. Great pool. House is perfectly noise proof, although most of the time it is quiet anyway. Host Nazar is very kind, highly available (always answered in minutes since we booked and during the stay), speaks excellent English. It was like talking to a friend. It is perfect place for 2-3 families, 8 people, we were 9 and the kids just wanted to "come back to the villa" each day. Beach is 5 mins away, there is a small supermarket 3 mins walk, 2 restaurants (that we didnt visit), and a bakery/pizza that also sell ice cream right next, so you can buy hot buns every morning.

The house is at a great spot by the beach, has a secure fence so our dog could enjoy his freedom as well. The camps are there but everything is completely peaceful at night and the atmosphere during the day is truly cool for all ages! We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the terrace and listening to the Sea Dance opening night during our last evening of staying there. We loved all the light options around the house and the cold beer that was waiting for us :) P.S. Please take good care of the bunnies!

We loved the views up to the mountains and down to the sea! Very quiet and felt quite private despite us sharing a pool. Pool is amazing if your kids can swim - our girls (8 & 9) absolutely loved it. Villa is fantastic and has everything you'll need. The location is outside of the towns and away from shops so it's really relaxed but it's very easy to get everywhere along the coast from there. The staff and owner, Olga, were all very friendly and helpful.

The view is amazing and the kitchen is well equipped - everything is clean, and very often you sense pleasant bread making smell and also other vegan foods which are on the ground floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was really clean and i personally really like this mixture between rural, but not completely alone holidays. I also liked small village houses surrounding the accommodation.

Deajan is fantastic host, he greeted us, gave us the instruction and recoomendation about intresting spots to visit and nearby restaurants. We were greeted with a bottle of local champaing and in the fridge we found cold water and orange juise. Dejan also secured parking place for us, as its difficult to find parking in the street. The room itself is a little bit old fasion but kept clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable.I fully recommend Almaja Villa.
