Our host Kyriaki was a wonderful and genuine lady who made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble. If you have a bucket list then Ioanna Chateau should be on it. Large house, enough to accommodate 6 people. It looks exactly like in the pictures, located in a quiet area, close to some beautiful rocky beaches on the west side of the island. Thanks to the host for kindness and advice. P.S. Taking a shower in the yard makes all the money.

it is a very big house with plenty of room outside and inside. The temperature in the house was good although it was very warm outside. the terrace is big and is comfortable to stay when it to warm in the sun. It lay’s in a quiet part of Zakynthos

house was very nicely equipped with all what you need for independent stay. location was very good,when you prefer to stay in non-crowded areas and if you have a car and you can travel on your own (what was our preference).

Cute little house in good location, very nicely decorated, everything is near with a car. You basically have a small yard with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, outdoor sitting and shower with toilet. Good wifi. Awesome host - will help you with anything you may need, recommends a lot places to see and experience! We had a great stay.

The place is amazing, new and equipped with everything you need for a perfect staying. Impressed by the huge garden with sun beds, outside table where you can enjoy some good wine in a quiet area. The flat exceeded our expectations, we even could do laundry, which is super handful in a 7 days vacation. Close to the beautiful rocky coast, ideal if you want to visit the area. Could not asked for more! Thanks a lot Varvara, defo will recommend and hopefully come back one day.

We loved the pool area and the surrounding green hills and distant sea view. It was beautiful any time of day. The kids loved checking in on the vegetable garden every morning and there was a spacious courtyard at the back of the house where the bbq area is. The rooms are all spacious with very good quality linen and towels and electric blinds and a/c. There is also plenty to explore within a 20-30mins drive of the villa whether on the west of the island or east. Nikos was always available by whatsapp to help with any questions. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern. The villa is very clean and relaxing with modern and homely touches making it the perfect place to spend the whole day or to return to after a day at the beach/exploring. Thank you, Nikos and family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming villa in Zakynthos that offered a truly tranquil escape. The villa's air-conditioned bedrooms and living room provided a comfortable stay, while the presence of three TVs ensured various entertainment options during leisure hours. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, including an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine. It made our stay all the more convenient and enjoyable, with the ability to cook, clean up easily, and even enjoy fresh coffee every morning. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly its pleasant garden, which created a serene ambiance. The well-maintained garden space provided a perfect setting to relax and bask in the natural surroundings. The villa's location was great; being away from the tourist crowds, it allowed for a peaceful retreat while being close enough to nearby beaches. Additionally, I must commend our wonderful host, Sarah, for her exceptional hospitality. She went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. On our last day, Sarah graciously allowed us to check out late, giving us the opportunity to make the most of our time on the island. Sarah's kindness and attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth to our already delightful villa experience. Overall, my experience at this villa in Zakynthos was delightful. With its well-appointed amenities and tranquil garden, it provided the perfect setting for a serene escape. If you're looking for a peaceful and charming retreat on the island, this villa comes highly recommended.
