We stayed in the Clio apartment for 3 nights, which had amazing sea views, including a beautiful sunrise. We had planned to visit lots of places while we were there, however it was so nice that we made the most of the lovely sunbeds and local restaurant and didn't leave at all! We only had the breakfast on one of the days, however it was delicious and there was enough left to have as a light lunch. It included fresh fruit, Bruschetta's, Greek Yoghurt, honey, bread, fresh juice, tea/coffee, omelette, cake, homemade jam. Would definitely recommend!

The Villa is amazingly beautiful and has EVERYTHING you can think of for a good break. It was a phenomenal break. Spacious double rooms, rain showers, balconies, pool area, BBQ grill, Sun loungers, beautiful and large kitchen, TVs in all rooms, 5* kitchen utensils, etc. - literally everything. The hosts are available 24/7 and met and / or exceeded every need - they arranged a private chef, private driver, quad bikes and dozens of excursions (like villa massages) all for really favourable prices.

Basically, everything! My favorite part was the barbeque area! I would have this establishment as my summer home! Install a dryer, then it could be year-round!! It has a tavern next door, mini mart up the street, and the beach is down the street with a tavern as well. You don't really need anything else!!

The property had everything I needed for a family of 5- washing machine, pool, separate balconies, close to town but far enough for it to be quiet. Absolutely charming on the decor as well. Would definitely stay there again!

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! I'm so glad to book this villa for our stay in Zakynthos. The location, facility, view, and decoration of this property are the most cost-effective I've ever experienced. It's a wonderful place and friends or family to spend day and night together. Last but not least, the service of the host is perfectly perfect. The family hosted us friendly and warmly. We always kept in touch for check-in and check-out, and he's so patient that made us feel at home! I will definitely choose this property again and hope to meet with great family again!

Perhaps the best villa on the island. Cleanliness is at the highest level, the house has everything for a comfortable stay. Cleaning every three days at a time convenient for you, a cosy location, the sea is 150 metres away. I travelled all over the island during my holiday, but I haven't seen a more beautiful house, but it's my taste. Pavlos, who manages this house, is the best in general, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention and care he gave us. Choose this house and you will not go wrong.

We loved it! Prefect location, quietly situated on top of a hill, surrounded by olive trees, only 5 minutes walk to the sea. Great views from the patio to coast, mountains and neighbouring island. Nice tavernas and hidden beaches in walking distance. Pool is awesome! Very friendly and attentive owner, always quickly responding.
