Location is within Old quarter but still quiet at night. staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room is very clean. Insulation could be improved as I noticed moisture can get in windows. but overall perfect! Property is very cute and clean! Edit: We checked out early in the morning and the staff were ready to assist us even in the wee hours of the morning :) they even gave us breakfast to go which we found very thoughtful and sweet of them. Made our first visit to Vietnam a memorable one. We really hope to come back again! keep up the Excellent service!

First of all the location is very good: in the old town close to the Hoan Kiem Lake. We found the staff extremely nice, caring and interested. They organised excursions to Lan Ha Bay and to Ha Giang for us. In total we stayed for 5 nights. The breakfast and the rooftop bar (with happy hour) are excellent.

The property itself is not why I give this hotel a high review. The high review is for the great location and excellent customer service. The hotel is located in a central part of town and it’s very easy to walk to many museums and attractions within 10-30 minutes. The staff were extremely friendly! They offered us water and bananas when we left, helped arrange airport transport, accommodated a late checkout and offered medicine and food when I was sick for a day, helped us when we forgot a piece of luggage there, stored our luggage while we went out, answered our questions via WhatApp, etc. Really wonderful hospitality.

The staff was amazing, we felt like royalty during our stay, they cared about every detail, from the first minute we arrived we were greeted with a Welcome drink and sweets. The receptionist was very kind, she took the time to explain every single detail about things we needed to know about Hanoi and the hotel. The breakfast was a mix of large variety of tradicional dishes and Vietnamese cuisine with plenty of different fruits and juices, They had Vietnamese coffee and the Pudding was incredible. Our room was always cleaned, with complementary water and fruits. I Will definitely go back to this hotel when I go back to Hanoi.
