Everything is incredible, attention to details, mini bar like never seen before, impecable service! Definatelly the best hotel experince in Serbia ever, and I travel a lot and stay in the hotels all the time. Would not stay anywhere else when on Kopaonik.

What was not to like here. Very attentive and friendly staff. Possibly one of the best evening buffets and breakfast buffets we have ever had. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool and spa facilities were just great.

Location was perfect, not far away from the ski center (ski slopes). Parking on site was free. Great SPA facility, with very easy access. SPA was part of same building, and was very well equipped, and very well heated. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and attended to every need of ours.

Everything!!! Perfect location (the slope Malo jezero is literally directly outside of the door), spacious, comfortable and clean apartment, free parking next to the hotel, ski depot very tidy, warm and organized (for additional fee, which is not too expencive and worth the money, believe me!), and finally, charming, positive, helpful and always in good mood owner Golub!
