It was amazing, the place looks like a paradise and the staff is accommodating, friendly and always smiling. We had rhe candlelight dinner on the rooftop and it was magical, the staff really madw it special with balinese dinner tasting great. I had an accident during our stay and had to walk with crutches, the hotel did everything they could to help me bringing ice bags multiple times a day, getting breakfast to room, supporting me on stairs etc. I really appreciate it. If you stay in Ubud, this place is a perfect place for you, trust me.

Adiwana is an absolute gem in Ubud. The location and hotel is perfect! The town is so crazy busy, but once you enter the hotel, it's like an oasis. The hotel and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. There is so much greenery around and the pools are divine. Our room was so lovely and luxurious. The hotel also organized a celebration of snacks and cakes for our 1year anniversary. I felt like they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The forest that surrounds this hotel is so lush and full of life, with the river running just below it at night creating a lovely soundscape to listen to. The herb restaurant that is on the property is also fantastic. Situated on the road above the hotel, it's lovely to just sit and watch the world go by. The food is delicious and plenty full, with a great selection of breakfasts. I loved that there was a warm delicious croissant every morning with our included breakfast and the cappuccino's were delicious to! The afternoon tea and cake that is included in our stay was also nice as a snack between breakfast and dinner. The restaurant had live entertainment and dance lessons, creating a lovely atmosphere for guests looking for a bit more vibe closer to your room. The location is in a busy part of the town on a side road, so, restaurants, shops etc are all within walking distance from the hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and always finding ways to make our stay better. The whole property and the rooms were sparkling clean all the time and very modern with luxury built in everywhere. This hotel is more than value for money, it completely made our stay in Ubud. We can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay at Bisma Eight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us a complimentary upgrade as we were on our honeymoon and decorated our room with rose petals and flowers. The facilities were great and the restaurant served a great choice of breakfast and dinner options suitable for vegetarians and other dietary requirements. The pool was lovely and lots of sun loungers and beds were available. We visited the spa which was situated at the Bisma Eight Villas under 10 minutes walk away which was amazing too.
