Absolutely loved our stay in emperooms! Super comfortable bed, very clean room with closet space. They refilled our snacks and beverages every day and they also cleaned our room and made our bed every day. The owner marco was very helpful and kind. He was there to answer every single one of our questions about transportation, sightseeing, etc. Marco also helped my boyfriend arrange a bouquet of flowers for me to be inside our room when we check in! Marco also gifted us a bottle of champagne:) He made us feel very welcome. There’s a shared kitchen and in the fridge there’s one shelf assigned for each room (there was already sparkling and still water and our champagne inside), we were also provided coffee, tea, etc. The wifi was really good and we had a smart TV with free Netflix in our room. The room had very good air conditioning and a nice big window. The apartment was quiet and we slept very well.

The Warm Welcome of Claudio, he is a great gentleman, with a warmth Smile and all the details he gave me through my stay. EVERYTHING was perfect during my stay. Close to the Vatican City and Museum, you can reach the Vatican city through bus within 10 minutes. Excellent Location with a balcony room and much more facilities. Great location, easy access to metro so you could access Rome easily. We walked into main areas and it was accessible but if you’re not able the metro is very easy to get to. Location was away from the main tourist area so very pleasant to stay. Great restaurants and shops around accommodation. Host was so helpful and very kind. Great wealth of knowledge. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a good size, very clean, safe and quiet. Lots of small bars, cafes, food and supermarket places. There’s a lot of kitchen units, but not a lot in them, which was fine for me, but anyone self-catering may want a few more things. Big fridge. Nice bathroom. Air conditioning units when needed, but the temperature was mild when I was there. The polite owner was on hand if I needed anything.

There's also a basic kitchen in the flat (including a capsule coffee maker) which would probably allow for simple self-catering, but which we did not use.
