I feel like I struck gold with this hotel and got it at a really good price! Great location overlooking Chuzenji Lake, great for sightseeing (Kegon Falls, lake cruise, mount Nantai all really close) 5-10 mins walk from the bus stop. Lovely big room and nice yukata to wear around the hotel. Amazing facilities - really nice indoor and outdoor onsen, Lakeview lounge with free drinks (and hammocks!) a cute reading library and games area. I made a reservation for dinner and it was an INCREDIBLE 5 course feast for a very reasonable price I'm surprised they don't promote it more. The breakfast was also amazing, so I'd recommend adding it when you book a room.
