The owners are so nice and welcoming and ready to offer anything you need. Definetly a great place to stay. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Delicious breakfast is served in the morning with many options to choose from.

Vi fikk parkert bilen i bakgården og 5 minutter å gå inn til gamlebyen i Lucca. Max viste oss bykart og anbefalte oss restauranter og fin gåtur rundt bymuren. Flott rom med bad og nydelig frokost! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They even offered to iron out a wedding outfit for us. This is the most beautiful views with delicious breakfasts and amazing lounge area.

The scenery is amazing and the rooms are clean and newly remodeled. The staff is so friendly and made us feel like family. We had the best meal of our trip in their fabulous restaurant. We had their four course tasting meal, which was plenty of food and the price is so affordable. A nice breakfast in the morning, We will definitely come back to this hotel on our next journey.

The hotel was in the old town, a jewel! Furniture comfortable and tasteful, view beautiful. Owner friendly, breakfast tasty - we had a wonderful time in Palazzo Pacini!

Residenza Dell' Opera offers elegant room and apartments in the centre of Turin, within 1 km of Piazza Castello Square, the Royal Palace of Turin, and Madama Palace. Gorgeous room, nice Juliet balcony to the street, lovely spacious bathroom with good toiletries. The staff were very helpful and the room was cleaned daily. Nice coffee in the room. Location was very central and just a short walk into the centre.
