The location was great - just a tiny bit difficult to find as it is on a small narrow street and the name does not stand out. But there os a food restaurant just next to the hotel, lots of other restaurants and shops. Central location. The room was very chic - clean and cute. Would recommend. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

An elegant hotel in a great location in old Pistoia. The staff are delightful. The breakfast was plentiful, as were the cappuccinos and teas and cookies available throughout the day. Everything was great and totally recommend. In the old centre we were close to so many great restaurants and enjoyed fantastic meals. We also were 15 minutes walk to the train station so we could easily get anywhere we wanted in Tuscany, including to Montecatini Terme for a bike trip and wine tasting. Love!

Close to everything. Our room was not the biggest but was very comfortable and clean. The building in itself was very charming. Breakfast was fantastic, served in a nice garden. Beatrice was very helpful in anything we needed. Will definitely be back when we visit Pisa again.
