The Mason Arms is located on Devon’s Jurassic Coast, just a 10-minute walk from Branscombe Beach. Our 10/10 stay at this place started the night we arrived. After a somewhat harrowing drive in the dark/rain/fog down a tiny road we were exhausted. The lovely man (Dan who it turns out was just filling in but did a bang up job) at the check in just took us straight to our (out of this world) room and said "Check in in the morning, no problem" and handed us a pot of cream (... this is for your coffee/tea). The room itself was huge and gorgeous with a full sitting room area, mini kitchen and a giant king sized bed that was so comfortable I would still be there if I could. The bathroom had a great shower and a giant bath tub. We stumbled across to the pub and (although it was past kitchen closing) the chef made us a lovely salmon dinner. Things just got better from there - gorgeous full breakfasts, lovely dinners, kind and caring staff EVERYWHERE. The town is tiny but stunning with plenty of interesting historical buildings and great hikes both around the area and over to the next town (charmingly called Beer). Thank you to Dan, Sophie, Connor and Hannah for making our stay so incredibly special.

The George was perfect in every way. The staff were very attentive, the room was immaculate and the whole hotel is beautiful. I loved the Christmas decorations as they were very tasteful. I loved that they lit a fire in the evening. I thank the staff for their attentive, professional, humble way of looking after me. I will definitely be coming back.

Beautyfull house and room, wonderfull decoration, very clean, wonderfull hostess and host (helped us with adjusted breakfast (food intolerances) and with our car break down during a public holiday), lovely garden view, parking space for our rental car on the premiss, close to a local pub and supermarket and bus stop. Wonderfull place to stay over for one or 2 nights on (y)our way e.g. to the beach in the south. Our best bed and breakfast in the UK so far.

The Mount Pleasant Hotel has a restaurant, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Sidmouth. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Excellent choice at breakfast and dinner, cooked to order. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff friendly and professional. Lovely garden with a variety of comfortable outdoor seating. Easy car parking, Covid restrictions were in place, and adhered to.

Situato a 1,4 km dalla spiaggia di Woolacombe, lo Smugglers Rest offre un ristorante, un salone in comune e il servizio in camera. Il WiFi è gratuito. Staff were friendly, accommodating and had a wonderful sense of fun. our room was comfortably furnished and immaculately clean. And our English Breakfast, included with our room, was the best we’ve eaten.
