The resort is stunning and the ideal location for relaxing and chilling out. It is surrounded by gardens, two pool areas and restaurants, a gym, and a spa centre. Everything is kept tidy and well-maintained. Our suite was amazing and had a pool and a private deck. The food and drinks at the restaurant and bar were excellent. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special and huge thanks to Kostas and Vassillis for their care and kindness! We appreciate you guys for making our stay memorable! Thank you also to Marios, Dimitris, and Maria from the restaurant, as well as Marianna from the reception. We will definitely be back again soon! Laura & Max

We had a fantastic week at 12 Islands Villas. We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Kastelorizo, where we stayed. The villa is spacious and very private at the end of the complex with excellent views on all sides. The location on the island is perfect, with great restaurants nearby in the village, and centrally positioned so all the hotspots are within a short drive by car. We especially enjoyed the hotel services: Every day cleaning and a room-service breakfast. You can order whatever you like for the next day and the menu was varied and well executed. We also enjoyed lunch and dinner room-service which where equally enjoyable. Our kids enjoyed the private pool, and we enjoyed the comfortable cabanas. Finally we want to thank Manuel and the team for the excellent service.

great staff, super cool staff working in the kitchen, collecting dishes, serving at the Evia bar. The only thing I didn't like was the bartender pouring wine in the restaurant in the evening, it seems that someone is forcing him to do this. Disgruntled, inattentive and constantly on the phone. I would not want such an employee. The animation is pathetic, it's better without it, or once and with quality.

I would love to highlight how beautifully kept the whole place is (gardens, spotless clean and freshly painted) and the kindness and attentiveness of the hosts. Mrs. Fiorella was replying with the utmost speed for any question we had. We could see that the previous reviews were taken into consideration such as good communication regarding how the breakfast menu work, the air-con placed above the mirror and not above the bed, the huge bottle of soap instead of multiple mini bottles (sustainable and at your disposal for the whole stay) Truly great quality for the price! Photos makes the place justice, all was as shown in the pictures. It is true that walk from town to the accommodations is steep, but manageable. We have also felt well taken care of. We had had the transfer arranged from and to the airport with a safe ride on time :) highly recommend to use this service! Location is superb - close to the Grande Blue bay, Stegna village, surrounded by mountains and turquoise sea. Note: at the time of our stay, there was no notice of the Rhodes wildfires and they never reached this area. The area was completely safe Giving 10 stars due to how lovely time we had. Below I mentioned few minor things that did not really bothered us, but could be good to mention.

what an amazing Gem we found. Nicki the owner and her family were beyond exceptional. Such a fabulous hotel, clean, inexpensive, great food, great drinks, great entertainment, great people.... just FANTASTIC. Highly recommend you stay here... "heaven on earth"

Good place, 10 minutes walk from Faliraki center, near is a bus stop to Rhodes/Lindos (but bus timetable is a little bit tricky, we were waiting about 1h bus to Tsambika beach, that didn’t came in time). Beach also about 5-10 minutes walk, depending on what beach you are going. You have a small kitchen in apartment, but we didn’t use anything except tea kettle, because around is so many places where you can eat (and everything is so delicious!). Air con working well and is free, but it’s located above bed, that’s why we didn’t use it at night. Also room cleaning is everyday, towel they change every 2 day.
