This hotel is simply marvellous! The pool is huge and spotless and looks over all of Chania. The staff are incredibly friendly and do their absolute best to ensure your stay is memorable, especially Nicolas. The restaurant has good food and one of the best sunset views you will experience. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and very functional. I recommend getting a room with a view, as the sunsets are breathtaking. There is a free shuttle to the old town, which was great, as parking can be tricky down there. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of foods for all tastes.

Everything was super. Perfect location to explore Chania and west part of Crete - 20min on foot to Chania downtown, 1hr to Balos, 1.5hr to Elafonissi, 1.5hr to Preveli beach, 1hr to Samaria gorge. Free parking. Amazing breakfast with real orange juice! Nice, clean rooms.Daily room service. Good wi-wi. Shalow beach downstairs, very good for families with small kids. Friendly staff. 10/10. Super! Better than others 2*, 3* or even 4* hotels!

The host was wonderful - very kind, available to help and welcoming. There were lots of small details that show extra care for guests (croissants, slippers, sewing kit, list of TV channels). The location is very central, but our room overlooked a back garden and was completely quiet at night. The AC worked perfectly, the room was as pictured - which is rare in Greece. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, spacious room. Definitely recommended!

I can't stress enough how clean, welcoming and beautiful this quiet little hotel is. The design is just so smart, everything makes sense, the rooms are impeccable. The patio is private and still very open, so you get to enjoy the jacuzzi to the fullest. Also, it is important to notw that staff were extremely professional, helpful and reliable. Everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
