The staff here are absolutely exceptional. The whole hotel is immaculate, breakfast was lovely, nothing was too much trouble even requesting something that wasn't even on the buffet ie. omelette ! The rooms are perfect, clean, fabulous comfy beds and beautifully presented. Although the steam room was closed for refurbishment, the heated indoor pool had jacuzzi jets and the gym had everything you could possibly need to relax. Even better, access was included in the room rate without the need to reserve. My daughter and I had the most incredible time in Paris, and the hotel made our holiday even better. We will definitely be back. Thank you to every one.

This boutique hotel is a true gem. The attention to detail with the interior, the elevator, a walk-in shower, free bottled water, coffee and premium teas 24/7. The staff, and esp. Emilie who dealt with me most, are most forthcoming and hospitable. Very clean and the hotel also has a hammam. I'll def be staying here again. Merci beaucoup a tout :)

Good size room and bed, especially for Paris. Free water, juice, and soda from the mini bar. Free day bar at the lobby with coffee, chips, etc... Neighborhood with nice restaurants and coffee places. Monmarte just a few minutes walk..

Everything! first all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I regret I did not get their names. Then the location. I am picky because I always want the right balance between touristy and quiet. This property hit it on the mark. Lastly the bed was so comfortable. I would appreciate it if you could tell me which mattress brand you use!
