This is a gem of a hotel. The check in was super quick. The room was perfect and just what we asked for, comfortable bed, pillow menu, speaker systems built in, bathroom clean, spacious and sparkling. We had a courtyard view and did not regret it for privacy and less noise. A particular mention to Natalia in reception who looked after us impeccably, reccomended some excellent locations, restaurants (including Picasso's favourite) and was always forthcoming when we wanted to know something else. Really made my wife's birthday special with a cake and a bottle of Cava. The breakfast was full of choice for all tastes, the only real let down was the coffee (but I am a bit snobish about that). The Roof top bar area and swimming pool was a nice relaxing place to take some air and a dip if you were brave enough. The metro station was circa 7 minute walk from the hotel and very useful for getting about inexpensively. The room was always exceptionally cleaned.

The rooms are very nice and cosy with all the necessities inside. Cleaning service was provided every single day. The hotel itself is equipped with a gym and a couple of cute places where you can get some work done. The staff at the reception are super polite and helpful. And the location is amazing - walking distance to the city centre, breakfast spots literally a 2min walk away. We loved our stay!

Friendly staff and very clean environment. It’s very quite in the room. Rooftop bar is nice and cozy for drinks or little snack.

Excellent location, warm-homey feel with extremely nice and gracious hosts! From the minute we checked in the hosts made us feel right at home. The gentleman that checked us in gave us a run down of the city and some recommendations. The place itself was a bit different at first, as it seems like a big flat that was converted into a small boutique style hotel. This adds to the charm though, with warm decor, a kitchen with free drinks, ice cream, tea, coffee, and a dining area that can also be used to work. Several metro and bus stops are only 2-3 minutes away, and everything is flat and very walkable. There a tons of bars and eateries near by, and this place was just at the center of it all! Lastly, I just wanted to thank the staff for allowing us to check out a little later, and to hang out in the dining area as we worked and killed a few hours before taking a high speed train. Again, everyone was more than helpful and kind to us and we couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone who asks. When back in Barcelona, we will love to stay here again. Thank you Conica!
