I would have preferred to be closer to old town. The bed was uncomfortable. The room might not be accessible for those with a mobility issue (e.g., needing a walker or poor physical condition). You have climb up at least 43 stairs to get to the lowest room. There more steps to get the other rooms. There was only one restaurant and one small grocery store nearby.

Lots of space in the room. The room was designed well. There was a fabulous patio with an incredible view of the sea.

Lovely apartment for 2 (slept 3) with view overlooking the bay. Small kitchen but enough to meet our needs. Lovely patio/balcony area. Small shop less than 5 minute walk away good selection of basics and well priced. (Not open Sunday!)

Over 30 min walk to the town, however taxi is easy to book with instructions how to provided, they always turned up within 5-10 mins and only cost 5 euro so no complaints there

Location is about half hour from centre and the road is narrow with cars passing/walk is along the edge of the water. It is nice when peaceful but not enjoyable when the road is busy. Cash only

There was no shower gel just shampoo and the shower is actually a small hand shower.

Old town is about a 30 minute walk away - not great if you are carrying heavy luggage but manageable and wouldn't stop me staying here again!

Beautiful view, both during the day and in the evening (you can see all Kotor night lights :)). Nice location: it is easy to get to Kotor center even by foot (it takes around 30 minutes and although there is no sidewalk it is safe to walk there). The host was kind and helpful, the room was cosy, comfortable and very well equipped.

Had difficulty finding the property - Satellite navigation was of no assistance - very frustrating. Needs to be made explicitly clear in apartment rental information that it is most definitely not suitable for elderly or infirm people due to 65 very steep steps.

It's a fair walk to the old town other side of the bay which we knew about and there is no pavement so at busy times with traffic it's hard to walk, we were OK with this but if you have kids it's not ideal

Location is on the beautiful Muo side and 30-40 min walk to Kotor fortress/local market. There is also buses on every one hour. People with a car would get ample parking space just infront of the property. Main highlight is the host. She helped us a lot with all our questions and gave more and more local information using google translate. Even though we did not have a common language, it was not a problem. She is always available. Beach is just infront of you and mornings and evenings are equally beautiful. Sitting facilities are plenty inside and outside. Kitchenette is perfect. Linens and towels are clean. All necessary instructions were given while checking in. Stayed for three nights and worth of it.

The distance from the old town and bus depot. If you're ok with waiting until whenever for the local bus or taking a taxi in and out you will not be bothered be the distance. For anyone walking with luggage or who would struggle with 3 KMs each way, you may want to take this into consideration. The other negative was no tea/coffee provided. When you're travelling you really don't want to have to carry these with you. I personally think it ishould be a standard inclusion. There isn't a cafe nearby from which you can grab these..

There is almost everything to like about this accommodation: the outlook, the host, the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here except for two points - see below. If these don't bother you then I would definitely recommend it. It was absolutely delightful sitting on the terrace chilling with the view. Definitely prime for that. Also, I would highly recommend the local restaurant noted in the host's information but described as expensive. We tried it anyway and was pleasantly surprised. The food, service, setting and price were all excellent.

There weren't private terraces and private entrances to the apartments at least on the 0 floor where we lived, so everyone could walk through “your” place

It was a steep climb of many steps to the flat, especially when you forget to bring things up from the car! A shelf in the bathroom would be good.

There was a lovely view from rhe balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very large and comfortable.

View from the apartment is stunning! I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and tidy. The apartment is approximately 2km from Kotor town centre and it takes about 20-25 min to walk or few minutes with car/taxi. Highly recommended to stay here when visiting Kotor.
