Nothing, we liked everything !!!

We had a beautiful stay. Rosa, you were so kind, and beautiful. Your explanation was accurate and simple. Your bed linen is of exquisite quality, and the bed is super comfy. We haven't used the kitchen at all. The apt was located in a wonderful area and was clean and spacious.

The apartment is spacious, modern, well appointed and in a perfect location. Very central but quiet. I also liked that Serena met us at the ferry and walked us to the apartment and was very, very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. She was great!

Nothing..it was all good.

Very close to St Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge….and all the other areas of Venice. The apartment was very well equipped to cook our own meals when we wanted to. Very good washing machine and had hanging racks to dry clothes. Maps and info on Venice provided in the apartment. Close to places to buy supplies like milk, wine etc. We had a great time.

The apartment is very beautiful, big, and clean. I especially like a chandelier. The kitchen is fully equipped and big, too. There're two bathrooms. There is a great supermarket 1 min walk from the apartment. A water bus stop is 4-5 min away. You have everything you need ;) Highly recommend! And Rosa was super nuce, too :)

The entrance door was the only thing needed to fix and they said it’s on going project so I believe it shall be fine in next visit.

Great location, clean and comfortable with large rooms with nice decoration. Ideal for family stay. Crib and baby chair was prepared. Pile of coffee and tea were provided and cups and saucers and all plates are very pretty. Serena was very nice and caring with quick reply, gave us rate check out since it was no guests coming in the following date. One of the best experiences. Will come back.

All the rugs in the apartment are dangerous.. They need new towels.

I travelled with my wife and my brother in law and his wife, The apartment was excellent. A great location with all facilities you'll need and it was immaculate. The beds are extremely comfortable. Communication from Serena before, during and after made things so easy, including travel to the apartment on our initial arrival in Venice. I highly reccomend this apartment.

The wifi was poor, but 4g in the area was good. The shower was a little bit unclean but the rest of the apartment was very clean.

Location was excellent, 1 minute from St Mark’s Square. Serena was very welcoming and met us for check in and gave us some excellent tips.

A great location for a family, set in a quiet area yet 10 minutes walk from Rialto Bridge and Marco Polo. The evenings were quiet, and the lovely little balcony was enjoyed while the children were in bed. It was great value for money as we had a whole apartment. The apartment was clean with additional facilities such as an espresso machine. Serena was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The location was fabulous and the host went above and beyond expectation. The washing machine was a great bonus. Spacious and clean apartment. Close to everything.

Bed was a little too firm for our taste. We weren't used to that level of firmness. Shower was a bit small. If the bathroom is ever remodeled, increasing the shower size should be first on the list.

Everything was great, from the kitchen to the AC and amount ofo light. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of walking. Mrs. Valeria, despite not speaking any English, was able to help us get settled in and was so sweet and charming.

We did have an issue the first morning when my daughter awoke to find lots of ants in her suitcase but I think that she had left an open granola bar in her suitcase. We got them cleaned out, sprayed some bug killer and that took care of it. The hosts sent the housekeeper to make sure it was ok.

The apartment was centrally located and easy to get to. We could be just about anywhere we wanted in under 15 min. The host offered restaurant suggestions and took care to tell us how to get where we wanted and how to get to the train station, which was very helpful.
