Some noise from nearby subway, but not too bad. The dishwasher needed repair but was working. There could be more shelves or hangers. There could be more kitchen utensils if you want to cook yourself.

Best standard, cleanliness and location we have experienced in London. Warm, spacious and comfortable flat. Great to find dishwasher detergent, sponge, and even salt and pepper in the kitchen. Also soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Good wifi. Very good standard of kitchen and bathrooms.

1. Single beds in second bedroom were smaller than usual, maybe more suitable for kids rather than an adult 2. Strange noise every few mins, like train passing by (not too loud but still noticeable) but clearly no train station close by, so was a bit discomforting 3. No on-site parking

Had had smokers in prior to us. Pointed it out to staff on arrival. Otherwise the best stay in London ever.

The location is in the best place to live in London, it is near to everything and it was a quiet place , The apartment was at good rat and clean every thing you need it's available.

The apartment was clean and has a good space in the rooms. The location is very good..close to Oxford St and hyde Park.

The property being a little old has some issues like windows not being able to be completely sealed etc.

The place we stayed was in a beautiful area of London and safe as well and the rooms were exactly like shown in the pictures . The staffs were very helpful and quick .

The heating was permanently on and couldn't be turned off - there were fans but it made the apartment very warm. The shower in the main bathroom was not working.

Excellent location and beautiful building, exceeded our expectations and as a bonus we were upgraded to a larger apartment. Comfortable beds and furniture and spotless throughout. Would definitely rebook if in London again.

It was not as shown in the pictures , the apartment was tired and needed maintenance in many areas (a lot of dents , broken cover of the shower tub and some mould in the bathroom , needed more carefull painting in most areas, doors and storage were old and tired as well. It was on ground floor and at least in my view in the photos it looked as if it wasn't but this could have been my impression. Lastly there was no one to greet us on our arrival , just a sticker with a phone number in the entrance that you would call and get a pass code to get your keys from a locker outside.

The location was good, the space was also good for a family considering also that in London space is very small usually.

The building needs renovation and upscaling to its furniture. We had issues with not even flooring and screws , the paint is pealing of of some earache, probably old water leakage, windows are not in a good shape and not secured for kids, elevator is tiny and manual operation of the doors

The host Ben was amazing and tried his best to make our stay pleasant The location is fantastic

So many rooms and everything provided. 3 bathrooms to use for such a good price. Even had Netflix on the big TVs (sorry if I was using someone’s account but it was already on there!)
