Exactly what we needed for family trip to Rome. Great staff that allowed us early checkin to begin tour. Easy walking to most popular sites, trains and food.

Difficult to find anything to criticise...the bed wasn't amazingly comfortable but it was okay. I woke quite often at night due to lots of strange gurgling noises from unknown machines in the building. Sadly my room looked onto a mass of air-conditioning units. It would have been good to have offered coffee on the welcome tray..

An atmospheric old building, immaculately cared for. Very helpful and friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful. It is kept very clean and the breakfast was varied, fresh with lots of choice. A kettle and fridge were a treat.

Breakfast was good, feeling like home, all the building is cozy. Friendly and helpful staff, owner there every day. Secured entrance. We appreciate this, as the metrostation Republica is close and doubtful people around. Watch your belongings while outside. As going out from a nice and safe property, you might not think about bad things once getting out ...

Breakfast would be better with more variety and for families with children the rooms could be more spacious.

The location is perfect. The room was on the small side but was worth this for the location. The bathroom was great, lovely big shower with powerful water pressure & great mirror and lighting. You can walk everywhere, the train station is less than 10 minutes, the metro is less 5 minutes. Great restaurants and bars within a minute from the door. The owners were lovely, greeted us, assisted with luggage and took time to mark out a city map with lots of helpful tips. When we got back from a short walk (our room wasn’t quite ready and we were two hours early for check in) our luggage was in our room with fresh pastries and coffee waiting for us.

The entire team were excellent. The team on reception were very helpful & accommodating & provided great advice. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful.

The staff was so helpful, kind and always there to answer any of our questions. The room was a decent size, clean, comfortable, warm and modern. All the famous monuments are a walking distance and the Termini station, which is very convenient if you arrive by plane.This hotel deserves more than a 1-star hotel, and if we will be back to Rome, we would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a great stay!

A bit noisy in the morning, some space was missing in the room for full comfort and some table/chair, stuff was very nice and friendly (great)

The location suited us very well, it was within walking distance of Roma Termini train station and while it was within walking distance of the sights we wanted to see, it was close to a bus stop and metro station when we wanted to use transport to save time. The staff was friendly, helpful and very informative.

The hotel was near every attraction. You walk for like 20 min, and you can see everything. The staff was nice and warm. You can ask them and they show you the map of what to visit, where to eat (good food where locals do). I really recommend this plase.

The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything in the neighbouring rooms.

The room was really small even for a single room but the main problem was that there was only one available socket and this far from bed. These is some noise due to thin walls but nothing extremely annoying.

Close to metro station and super market. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm.

The shower in my room was very small and being a tall girl, my baths were quite tight.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations! Everything was extremely neat, from reception services to room comfy and cleanliness, to breakfast and location. I would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend it.

There wasn't much we didn't like. If we had to pick something I might say the room was a little small. Honestly, it was plenty big enough for us and our two teenagers and our separate beds but it wasn't an apartment either.

The room itself was very clean and the beds comfy. We most liked the location of this place and the staff was just wonderful. Very close to the main sites and the train station. The breakfast was well worth it. Very yummy combination of savory and sweet options and all you can drink espressos and cappuccinos.

Sometimes wi-fi was disconnecting.

Great location, close to everything You want to see in downtown, wonderful people working here, willing to help You and give all the important information. Wonderful atmosphere, cosy, clean and warm. Nice breakfast on the 3rd floor. Not so loudy in the evening, due to location. We will come back again for sure.
