Nothing! Everything was perfect

This place is lovely and perfect for a relaxing and romantic getaway. The Host, Georgis, and his team are so helpful and nice. You can choose if you want your breakfast brought to your room or eat at the poolside. The suites have two balcony so you always have sun. You can cook in the suites - everything you need is there - or you can eat at the great local restaurants nearby. Georgis even managed to organize a car rental for two days, where they bring the car to the hotel and pick it up afterwards - very nice service. I could go on and on but you get the big picture - we loved it here! This place will be especially remembered by us because I proposed to my girlfriend during the stay. Thank you again Georgis for the perfect accommodation! We will come again.!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the suite was clean and comfortable. We asked for an infant cot, it was already set up when we arrived. They gave us information about where to buy some groceries and were responsive about any questions . Thank you!!

The facility is super clean and modern and we felt so welcomed from the beginning! I even received a little video of how to get to our apartment since we got tere past check-in hours. The main pool is great, never too busy and clean. Private pool was great since we traveled with a baby. The room facilities also accommodated for everything we might have needed with a baby. The beds were very comfortable. Staff is beyond helpful and just so nice. They even surprised all their guest with a BBQ.

We didn’t think the village was very interesting but it didn’t matter to us as this was a perfect base for historic sites and the east of Crete.

It was so relaxing to return from busy days to this beautiful accommodation and a swim.

The gym equipment is very old. Still good for a basic workout. Our bedroom window was right opposite the reception/kitchen so it was a bit noisy in the morning and we had very little privacy

Our stay in Volta Suits was excellent, We loved everything about it! Apartment was fabulous! Clean, nice, spacious, well equipped with private pool. Staff was very nice and helpful. City was 5 minutes walk away, with many taverns and shops. Breakfasts were OK, but it would be more comfortable for us, if they were served as a buffet.

We had a perfect stay at Volta Suites. The apartment was very spacious, clean with plenty of storage space and all the amenities you could possibly need. Every room had its AC and in case of our unit its own balcony/terrace. You can,however, also opt out for other units which have private pool/jacuzzi. There is also a pool available for all guests to use and a parking lot. Great wifi coverage in the whole area. Delicious breakfast options. The complex is new and truly beautiful, very quiet and serene, ideal for relaxing. Personally i think that its also the most aesthetically pleasing building in the whole area, its like a little oasis. What however makes the whole experience so unique are the hospitality and friendliness of the owner and the whole stuff. We cannot thank them enough, they are the nicest people always ready to help, they helped to arrange doctors for us as well as taxi to the airport. Beach is 5 min away on foot and there are plenty of restaurants around. We will for sure come back.

The A/C magnet kept falling from the sliding door but Giorgios made every effort to fix it.

Beautiful modern facilities, private pool was heated, Kids loved it. Just a 2 min walk to local taverns, shops & beach. We stayed in Villa Filoxenia for 5 nights, and we had a wonderful experience overall. Giorgios was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you! ANGELA & FAMILY

If you looking for a peaceful place to stay - that’s the one! Volta suites is such a special place. We were 2 at a large suite that has really everything we need - they even let us use there bikes for free and helped us to seek some activities around. The suite was 5 min walk from the Main Street and the beach. George and his staff was lovely and kind to us. It was wonderful!!!!

Nothing, it was perfect for what we wanted

We stayed at Volta Suites for 2 weeks in June with our 2 year old and were greeted by the hotel owner as soon as we had arrived. As we had a two year old, our room was transferred to one with a garden, which was beautiful. All the facilities were in really good condition as expected of a very new hotel. The pool was always quiet, and we never had an issue getting sun beds. The hotel staff were lovely and very attentive. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Don't be put off by the slightly run down area outside of the hotel as it was always quiet and peaceful.

nothing! taxis from here tended to be pricey but i think thats crete in general and not specific to the property itself!

the aesthetics were great, the place looked amazing, the pool was just like the picture and was so pretty. The host was so lovely and accomodating and helpful and friendly! The host provided snacks and drinks upon arrival, the whole atmosphere was very laid back and relaxing and the outdoor gym was very good and had a variety of equipment
