AC worked, but did not cool at all on extremely hot nights. we had to keep windows open to cool the rooms ants everywhere even on beds

it was mainly French clientele which isn’t a problem but a lot of the activities menus/etc were all in French so we couldn’t participate. would have been good to know this before booking. some of the staff were a little inexperienced and often answered questions (e.g. where can I get a drink?) with ‘I don’t know’, which isn’t super helpful. the food was ok, but the choices were limited

The initial welcome was not particularly friendly and some staff could benefit from some custom service training. The food could be presented to look more appetising and not to look like school dinners and more variety would be beneficial. The drinks were not located within the dining room which meant everybody (including children ) was walking around with glasses full and hot cups of drinks: not very good for health and safety! As a 4 star wine glasses should have been available. Overall the entire complex could hugely benefit from some simple maintenance and care. In its current condition this complex is definitely not 4 star but sadly 2.5 star.

The breakfast was adequate but the same everyday and poor fresh fruit choice, no toast available and only fried or hard boiled eggs. In general we thought that all meals were off a low standard and the same choices at most meals. The hotel had a very high French turnover and the hotel seemed totally geared to meet French needs. The entire complex was very tired looking and lacked maintenance in numerous areas: our bedroom had peeling paint and a white fungus that flaked off badly every day, some exterior steps had broken tiles and other missing, the jacuzzi interior small tiles were missing and falling off daily and the water looked dirty these are some examples.

The staff weren't the friendliest and the most flexible. Not many veggie options for breakfast bar cereal and fruit. I asked if I could get a soup for dinner and the staff were very strict that there was no flexible way of getting food in the evening and that I would have to pay the full 25euro buffet. I asked for a diet coke, they gave me a dead one and charged me 3euros. The staff were just abrupt in my opinion. Additionally, the internet didn't work properly in my accomodation.

I liked the actual accomodation and the location had beautiful views. It was also super clean.

Ths is a 2 or maximum a 3 stars place about 800 meters away from the beach up to the hill The breakfast is not profile neither the stuff of the restaurant I forwent the breakfast after 3 days as I couldn't eat it At the end of the breakfast everyone was sent away from the place The room is old fashioned as the 4 beds and the whole place There are 1 opened wardrobe without doors Only the bathroom was good standard The door cannot be locked from inside and there were 3 cm gap and moved by the Wind continually The football place the mini golf place and the kindergarden were shameful, they were built many years ago and were let them smashed As I saw the programmes at nights were good The broadcast is grainy the internet is poor and hesitating You should read the rates at the google as well Unfortunately I didn't

You don’t feel valued as a guest, the staff looked poorly trained, the room didn’t feel clean (our son got fully bitten by bed bugs), the building looked “old and tired”, the quality of the food was really low. We left the hotel earlier than planned because we couldn’t accept the circumstances. The lady at the reception was not surprised we wanted to leave and didn’t even make an effort to change our decision. This was probably the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Its a shame that such properties operate on a Crete.

Our stay was superb! The staff was super helpful in assisting with our last-minute booking. Finding the hotel was quite easy, and the check-in process was very quick. We were shown to our room, which was very neat and comfortable! The facilities provided were quite numerous, the most impressive being the multi-purpose sports room where we had the chance to play some tennis. The saunas were also a very nice surprise! The hotel itself is very family and couple-friendly, being vast enough to allow for romantic walks without potentially awkward encounters with other residents. It's location allows for some breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding areas, while also being situated at a comfortable distance from the town. The hotel staff was commendable! Always smiling and eager to assist us, they made our stay all the more exciting! We also had a chance to see the resident animateurs in action, their performance was entertaining and memorable! The food was very well-made and plentiful as well. All in all, we had a very pleasant and relaxing time! We are looking forward to our next visit!

It's the first time we visited Crete, the hotel is excellent. The facilities are fantastic and tennis court volley court, pic poc table, mini golf and a squash court what you would expect of a hotel of this caliber. Staff are friendly and the level of care and service that every single employee took. Accommodation, is comfortable large bed and we had the chance to choose what type of pillow we want (puffy, hard etc,) Rooms are daily fresh and clean by the housekeepers. Food had many options to choose many types of salad and main food traditional cretan cuisine and European cuisine. Variety of sweets and fruits. Highly recommended for couple stay

Let’s start off at the reception.The check in experience was wonderful. We were greeted by the stuff, The receptionist was very patient to explain everything in detail about our rooms facilities with great enthusiasm. We were given suits rooms number 314 and 315 which were right next to the main building when entering we got a very pleasant surprise and a warm welcome note accompanied by a basket selection of sweets, local Cretan wine and raki. The room was extraordinarily spacious, clean and enlighten by the sun. I must say that even the bed was comfortable and in the morning when we woke up, we felt very refreshed and looking forward for the top rated breakfast. At the restaurant the breakfast selection was almost infinite to satisfy all culinary requests. The waiters were very responsive and made sure we had everything we desired concerning our beverages. After breakfast we visited the spa area to book treatments and we chose to do the cretan traditional massage which once in a lifetime experience with traditional cretan ingredients.When we finished the treatment, they offered fresh mountain tea by Cretan herbs. A big thank you to Julia from guest relations and basically everyone that contributed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Last but not least at the bar area we had a mini Bachelorette party with cocktails and good music vibes at the end of it the mini bus of the hotel transported us at downtown clubs 5 minutes from the hotel and we had a great night. Thank you very much the management and staff carry on doing their for our accommodation

What an amazing place for couples.We stayed here for 2 nights and could have done even more. The food is excellent with greek traditional cuisine, buffet breakfast beverages are more than you expect with show cooking experience at breakfast and dinner. The main restaurant and the bar have 360° view of the sea and all over Hersonissos, Stalis and Malia villages. The hotel has 4 swimming pools witch one of them turns in to a Jacuzzi under the palm tree feeling like you are in exotic place. At the pool bar we had unlimited cocktails from bartender. Next to the biggest pool there is a spa area treatment witch we had a couple relaxing massage by Cretan ingredients. Overall for a mini escape from our routine it was a perfect and the stuff was very happy and helpful.
