It was very warm in the room. We had AC but only in one bedroom, so the second bedroom was too warm to sleep in. The AC turns off when you leave the room so you always come back to a very hot room. Also, the hotel does not really look like the pictures. It is still very nice but I don't think it shows the reality and I was quite surprised when I came here.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. There was nothing they wouldn't help with and they were very quick to handle. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The food is good. It is near the beach but not as near as it seems in the pictures.

It was on hills with steep slopes that was not mentioned anywhere on the write up, a baby pool advertised was not here but at other hotel we could not use i was told, this was why i booked it. 16 steps upto the room each time with a pushchair after two slopes from the food or pool area, a further hill to exit the hotel, food was diabolical catered for Germans only we hardly ate there when we did it was soup and roll (hard) and ice cream nothing for a baby so it cost me additional money to eat out for food. The bed in the lounge I felt was dangerous for toddler, the balcony had rails missing but they did fix promptly when I showed them. I left this property early. all inclusive safe extra. this property is not advertised correctly or worth the money charged. Would not return

We were moved on arrival at 1.30am as the air conditioning wasn't working in our rooms. We moved back 3 nights later and the air conditioning in one of the 3 rooms was poor to say the least. The pool is not clean. The location is not where indicated on Booking.com, it's out of town and a good walk. The food was not family orientated, any picky children/young adults would not have anything to choose from.

The shower needs doors in my opinion. The water from it gets everywhere and the floor is like a pool if you’re not careful.

Great food, not a lot to choose from but everyday was a different option, almost every evening was fresh meat from the grill. Lovely and helpful staff. Non alcoholic drinks, beer and wine all day and you can get them yourself. The beach is few minutes away.

We would like a brighter lighting in the bathroom mirror. Basically, everything was fine!

The best thing that impressed us was the kindness of the staff and the silence. Maria welcomed us warmly. Smiling waiter Lucas made unusual colored drinks for us. At the hotel we had met a very sincere family - such nice people rested. Cozy, homely atmosphere, no any fuss. The hotel was mostly couples and families with kids. The room was very quiet, a complete sense of privacy, although the main road is not far from the hotel. The air conditioner worked properly. High-quality cleaning, shampoo and liquid soap in large volume. We asked for an iron, Maria brought it to us right away. I liked that there were only two rooms per floor. Windows were in different directions. No one saw or disturbed us. Near the room were palm trees, flowers. In the evening it was nice to go for a walk on the beach road. Many supermarkets were open until midnight. The sandy beach is about two or three minutes by foot. In terms of nutrition, we were surprised by the number of meat dishes. Delicious chicken in sauce, fish fillet. Most of these were Cretan dishes. There were fruits, ice cream of different flavors. Definitely would recommend to families with children and anyone who would like silence without crowds of people, without animation and boom boom all the day. The price was optimal. We looking forward to our next vacation and will definitely be back.

They called us few days before arrival and asked us if we agreed to move to another location, up on the hill, because the hotel we have booked was closed.,...we agreed but the location was far from 4 star hotel that we had paid....scarce in food and personnel.

We came last week at this hotel only for a weekend. We booked last minute all inclusive accommodation. The service we got from reception was more than our expectation. Our room was shining clean, spacious and with a very wide comfortable bed. Warm bath white towels and slippers, shampoo, shower gel and soap bar available to use for a relaxing shower. We asked if we can have a sea view room but they didn't had availability, although they gave us a room with panoramic view of hersonissos village which was also excellent. We spent most of our time at the beach and in the room enjoying the view. The stuff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast and lunch buffet had a wide range of choices. The gardens are lovely with one swimming pools and one Jacuzzi bath tub.

This hotel is simply wonderful. We visited in the off season and it was quiet but still a lovely experience overall. Before we arrived at the airport we where booked a transportation from the airport to the hotel by a mini bus of the hotel. The driver was waiting us at the arrivals by our name. He helped us with our luggage and offered us a bottle of water. He was a very funny guy and 25 minutes ob the road passed so fast we didn't even realize it. When we arrived at the hotel the check in was easy and  receptionist was very glad and helpful. The management and the stuff tried their best for our girls community party. The breakfast had variety of options more than our expectations the freshest food and the most delicious fruit. They also have a cooker at the buffet counter who will cook omelettes, pancakes and crepes for you on the spot. The grounds are clean and really beautifully kept and the service was very friendly and professional. They have a dedicated space for children with play grounds and next to it there are tennis court and beach volley court. At the spa area we did facial and relaxing body massage, the staff here were lovely too. The hotel is close to an organized sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Our selected room was seaview at the golden hours of sunrises and sunset we had the chance to sea the beautiful pink and orange colours of the sky. We asked the reception desk if it is possible to transfer us with the mini bus at hersonissos club area and the manager was very kind who said to the driver that our ride was free of charge. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Seaside wing is a fantastic hotel for couples with a beautiful location. Wide and small sandy beaches that are on the edge of the hersonissos village. There is a lovely restaurant and snack bar next to the swimming pool with delicious food buffet and beverages. The hotel is full of gardens and small clean paths, we felt that we had our privacy from other rooms. Housekeeping and room service is done daily.Highly recommended for stay. Especially at the sunrise hours I had my yoga session hearing the waves of sea. Also for running lovers there is a nice small road outside of the hotel witch you can run 5kl cross the beach
