Good room with balcony with wonderful view over the valley down to the sea - very quiet apart from the bird-song. Friendly family running the taverna, with evening meal included. Easy drive down to Kampos beach - utterly empty and beautiful, a bit stony getting into the sea, but then fine swimming. Excellent value. We had booked for one night, but stayed a second because we liked it so much.

they were super gentle even if they didn't speak english, the dinner at the above taverna was very good and included in the price. the Room quiet and the building inbetween 2 of the most amazing beaches in Crete!

Not something I didn’t like but just a comment on the area: the roads around are narrow with many curves and have no light at night so I’d recommend to arrive before it gets dark.

The property is located in a quiet and nice village. Rooms are spacious, simple and nicely decorated. The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming and the food I had for dinner and breakfast was homemade, fresh and delicious. Strongly recommended!

My only complaint: the room was rather loud. Sounds from the street and the taverna echoed through the room. Michalis should put in a thick door between the spiral staircase and the hall downstairs.

Nothing special. The rooms are to be reached by a metal spiral staircase. This looked difficult for bringing down our luggage, but with help of the owner it was no problem at all.

Sunset is a small accommodation (a taverna with a few rooms) in the quiet mountain village of Kambos. It is runned by a family with a lot of hospatality. Together with the remarkable view, it is a special place to be.

View from the room was breathtaking - same as dinner we were served. Most generous on Crete, with the best Dakos and olives we've eaten during our stay. Host is very kind, friendly and helpful. Room itself was nice, and well equipped. Not much I have to add, definitely would visit again!

The only way to the rooms is via a very narrow and steep metal staircase, very inconvenient when coming with a suitcase. The water was cold in the morning, and the boiler has been switched only after insisting on.

This hotel serves dinner as part of your stay and fee. We didn't ask anything regarding breakfast. The room itself was reasonable.

A simple room under a taverna in a mountain village on the road to Elafonissi. The view to the mountain and the sea is magnificent, the offered diner is home cuisine, delicious and abundant, perfect after a good day of hike. The owner family are a delight and will make you feel welcome.

we arrived at this hotel, where we were greeted in a totally cold, brusque and rude manner. The guy showed us the rooms in a very hasty way, not at all nice and not at all hospitable, so much so that we also thought of staying in another place. The room is a bit cramped, the bathroom is small and the shower almost reaches you directly on the toilet. I warmly recommend to the gentleman of the structure not to leave the parents alone, because as it happened to us for breakfast, it was impossible to communicate as his elderly parents do not speak a word of English. Hoping that this review will be read by the owner, I hope that over time it will become a little more welcoming and friendly.

The room was great. Wonderful views of the valley and the sea. Simple room, very clean with everything you need. The owners are wonderful, friendly, personable, and very helpful. They delighted us with a wonderful dinner and also a delicious breakfast. It is a quiet and wonderful location. We rest mind and body. I definitely recommend it 100% and hopefully we have the opportunity to return because it has been a magnificent experience.

Everything was excellent!

Basic rooms, but very clean with a very good view from the balcony. It has everything you might need. The included dinner was already worth the price! Excellent food, really cozy taverna with a fantastic view. Definitely would recommend this place.
