Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

RomaniaNot related to the hotel itself, the guest are predominantly from one country so it can be difficult to join the few activities proposed because the spoken language is not English (there are some water aerobics, yoga, darts).
Best thing about the hotel is the staff, they were really nice and accomodating, making sure our stay there is perfect (manager, bartenders and waiters all together) The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and modern, and over all very very calm (the "no children" helps). Perfect for those searching to be reposed. The food is good and variate (lots of fruits and salads but lacking in sea food) There are 3 themes night a week with live music where the hotel is more animated which is a good balance.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Iva and Khristos who were always available to provide advice about the hotel and the whole region. Room was very comfortable with excellent bedding and strong air con as well, a must in this heat! Very clean and bright as well, with lots of natural light, a must. The close proximity with the beach is another strong positive, not crowded at all with a great feeling of space.

Perfect stay, arrived on saturday evening where we attended the gala dinner which was delicious! Breakfast, lunch and dinner had huge selection and was delicious! Pool bar and sunset bar had drinks included in all inclusive price (excludes classic cocktails) but the choice was endless!! The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, Christof and Iva in reception were super helpful, the manager Markos was very kind and always around! The whole restaurant and bar staff were lovely and Constantine and George went above and beyond at all times:) Very accommodating when our flight got cancelled and had to stay a day longer. All in all we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you again, Molly and Maisie :)

Very relaxing quiet hotel that was the perfect stay for a 5 day end of summer break. The hotel staff were the best bit going above and beyond to accommodate your needs! Hotel interior was very modern and the rooms were all exceptionally clean!

GreeceWe really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff is so friendly, polite and they made us to feel extremely welcome. The staff at the reception helped us to plan our trip around the island and gave us plenty of recommendations. Regarding our room, we loved it. It was spacious, with a very nice decoration , clean tidy!! The service at the restaurant was fabulous and the food very tasty and well presented. All the staff followed all the necessary Covid-19 regulations and procedures and we were feeling safe during our whole stay. It is the best place for chilling and we highly recommend it. The management and the whole staff made our holidays memorable!!

IsraelWe have been waiting for this vacation for so long and we were very disappointed! If we could choose again for sure this hotel was not an option for us. First, it is important to note that the distance from Heraklion airport is 2.5 hours, the weather was problematic, which made it very difficult to travel and arrive. In general, from October there is nothing to do in this hotel, as far as they are concerned, the season is over. This hotel defines itself as adults only and thus the expectation that we arrive at a hotel with activities for adults such as: a spa, a room with a variety of games such as billiards, table tennis and more, all kinds of diverse activities for adults but all this was not at all! The hotel is very basic in terms of the possibilities it offers to pass the time, apart from a pool which is very dirty and close to the beach which is also quite neglected there is nothing to do in this hotel. In addition, we spoke with the manager of the hotel before we arrived at the hotel several times and he assured us that for our honeymoon vacation they would upgrade our room, we were very worried about what we would really get and when we arrived to check in, we were amazed to find that we got a very small room that nothing Worked there, the air conditioner was not working properly, the refrigerator was disconnected from the electricity, they put sandwiches in it that were spoiled, we did not get a drop of water and it is an all inclusive hotel, the phone did not work and the view from the room is to the grass and the road. Also, this is an all-inclusive hotel but nothing is included in it, there are 3 main meals a day, all of which repeat themselves in terms of food and besides, they offer very little alcohol in terms of options, if you want something a little better quality you have to pay money, also, there is none at all Snacks between meals, everything seems to have been sitting for days and no one has touched it.
Breakfast is very poor, the food repeats itself every day, there are not many options, mainly pasta in different variations without spices, most of the time we remained hungry. We went several times to a nearby supermarket to buy some snacks otherwise we would have starved to death The WIFI didn't work at all, we were alerted several times about it and even called a technician but they still haven't been able to fix it. All the time there were problems with the connections with the TV, the channels didn't work either. There were ants in the room and we had to ask several times that the room be cleaned properly, because more than once they left marks and hairs on the floor and the sheets were not changed. The only thing that was good was an entertainment staff member, Igor, who said that he was alone in the hotel and was trying to make the most of everyone's time. We talked with the hotel manager about everything, he said he is aware of all the things but is currently unable to change. In general, it seems that this hotel is half closed and they have to warn about all these things in advance, we feel that they worked on us.

United KingdomThe food was repetitive and not very Greek- often cold. They could do with perhaps doing some cooking on the spot? There was no evening entertainment every night like the guide said- just on the event nights (which were lovely). The staff (I think George at the pool bar and demitri at the roof bar) were incredible, so fun and friendly, but they need more help and stock especially at busy times.
The view from the pool was lovely, especially at sunrise! The staff were friendly and the food was okay. The rooms were cleaned everyday but to different standards- perhaps different room service do different things.
