Great little place.

The beds mainly were uncomfortable, that was the biggest issue, springs coming through the mattress. Older people would not enjoy those beds. In a hotel you have to get the beds right for a good night's sleep that's got to be number 1 on the priority list. The bathroom was very very small and difficult to close the door when you want to go in it but everything else was great.

We loved our stay, very clean, all the mod cons, balcony looking out to the beach and sea. Staff very friendly, communication was excellent, highly recommend it if you're travelling on a budget. Perfect location for a lovely 15min walk to the old town of chania or the other way are great beaches.

Bathroom not like in the photos, was small and shower not in the best condition.

Bathroom Is small, out dated. Faucet Has to be replaced, could not fix the warm water. Matress Is Firm, which I like , but it Has small bumps

Very close to the beach. Abt 20 min From the od town of Chania. Apt was cleaned every 2 d, towels changed as well. Nice balcony, very quiet place

Just the air conditioner not working and the internet was very patchy.

Great location and very clean, good facilities, only the the air conditioner wasnt working, my fault for not getting in touch to get this fixed from the first night, but we had lots to do. I loved the location and Chania in general, really beautiful city.

The only problem we had were really tiny pillows which seem to be common in Greece. However, they were quite uncomfortable. Another thing was hot water in the shower. There were no instructions of how to switch it on. We asked other guests and enjoyed our share of hot water after two days of chilling.

The room was very nice, clean and comfy to use. Comunication with the host was efficient and easy. Late arrival or early departure was no problem. We have especially enjoyed the balcony with a nice view of the sea. There was also a café, bakery and a small shop nearby.

Nothing, all was good. Maybe the only thing is that it eould be good to add a tents on the balconies.

It was very clean and near the beach. It was also 15 minutes walking away from the central station and the city center. They gave us to use two beach umbrellas for free which was very kind. The bedding and towels were changed every other day.

The place is so close to the sea! Rooms are new and clean with little but cosy balcony. The host is really nice.

A lot of noise. Unfortunately, first night there was big traffic on the street (though the road is small), second night was loud music from the building right from the hotel. I like Greek music, but not at 12 am.

Very clean, cozy room with everything you need. Small and comfort balcony to eat some breakfast or lunch with sunset. Cleaning is everyday. Bed is comfortable to sleep. Beautiful white linens. Very close to the sea, it can also partly be seen from the balcony. A lot of shops. Up to 20 minutes to bus station, old town and port. The owner always was in contact, even though we haven’t met, but he answered immediately. Very nice hotel.

The internet stopped working for about 2 days on our floor, they tried to fix it quickly, but we had to work in the cafe nearby for those days. They did offer using the wifi in the downstairs garden area as a backup. It was fixed on our last day. I would have given 10/10 if it weren't for this issue.

Exactly as described, matches the photos. Literally right next to a beach and some restaurants. 10-15 minute walk to the town centre. Sufficient kitchen equipment and air-con works well. Our balcony had a view of the sea.

It was very practical for a few days to explore chania, The owner always answered our questions immediately.

The room wasn't as nice as shown in the pictures. The bathroom was quite simple and maybe a bit old/rusty. It was not like in the pictures. The worst was that there was not warm water for shower. The first day was completely fine, the second and third day in the evening the water was just as in the tap. The wifi also was not working during 2 days, I mentioned to the host she said she would check but it still it did not worked.

Location was great, the room was clean. The host was flexible to accommodate our request to do an earlier check in. The keys pick up was quite straight-forward.

It is the BEST location, on the border of the old town, close to pharmacy and supermarket and bus station. It was very clean, came with kitchen supplies and kettle, and loved the balcony - good spot to have a drink after going out for dinner and has a nice view of the mountains and beach!

They were just rude to accuse me for stealing the quilt! Yes you read correctly, I found the door of the room opened, nobody was in the reception, although they still had the idea to accuse the last client for taking the quilt with him

Reasonable price. Location: Quiet, not so far from the center, no problem to find parking nearby. The room is clean, comfortable, nice interior, all basic amenities. Internet connection is good. Also I liked the "contactless" checkin, very convenient.
