Good location, new property

Just 50 metres from the beach and a ten minute walk to Chania Harbour. Very quiet and not on the busy road. The room is very well equipped and in very good condition. The whole building is exceptionally clean. Athina is extremely helpful and pleasant. She arranged for my room to be available early with no problem at all. Excellent accommodation I will go back.

It would have been nice to have a small locker with a lamp and a plug or two beside the headboard. Or even if it was just via an extension lead and a small shelf.

Great location, just one street from the beach. There are several lovely places to eat there. It is a lovely stroll along the sea into the town center. Free street parking is available around the property. If there is not a spot nearby, you will find one up on the road nearby. This road almost takes you straight to the island's main road. Towels were changed every two days and the apartment was also cleaned fully on those days. I was there for 8 nights, bed linen was also changed on the 4th day. Communication was brillant. As I was arriving late at night, arrangements were made for the key to be left in a secure box. I was also messaged to be made aware that there was a parade in the town when there was a national holiday for "No Day." I appreciated this as it was lovely to watch it. I would go back and stay here without any hesitation.

I really liked this hotel so much. Athina was so nice through messages and her friend who gave me keys was also nice. My room with single bed was clean and the hotel is in safe area and close to beach. I recommend.

I didn`t actually meet Athina but her communication via whatsapp was excellent. Clean single room with fridge, aircon and a great little balcony for having a beer and watching the world go by. Excellent location 2 minutes walk to the beach and 10-15 minutes to Chania.

If you’re looking for a nice, quiet and comfortable place to stay in Chania this is the perfect accommodation for you. The house is located in a safe area and near to a beach promenade. Great price / quality ratio. People are super friendly and hospitable.

I don't like because we miss a little kitchen with an oven or a stove to prepare something to eat. It very commode if you have this facility.

I like the location and the staff. They are very nice and they try to do their best in everything. I like very much the location because it is very near with the sea.

Single occupant rooms quite small but functional . No towel rail in bathroom to hang towels to dry, just two hooks . ( minor detail)

Great location for proximity , only 50 metres away from good beach and lots of local tavernas, with Chania old port and town within easy 10/15 minute walk away, or 5 minute taxi ride for €8 for those who want late nightlife. Room cleaned every day bar Sundays - bathroom , good shower, shower head on wall bracket excellent, plenty hot water.

The location is very good - near the beach and plenty of restaurants but quiet enough and not far from the historic city centre. The host was super helpful and available/responsive which I found very nice. The room was clean and comfortable, overall a very good experience

great location only one minute walk from the beach and all the beach restaurants and shop! would recommend if you want a beach holiday. 15 minute walk from the old town which is great. host was great to give us more sheets and to organise airport transfers for us at an extra cost. responded very quickly was great.

The bathroom was very small. Parking was very difficult.

The position was ideal for exploring Chania. The room was quite large.
