The bathroom has no fan and so stays very humid and steamy.

Excellent clean, comfortable, new apartments just outside of Spili. Beautiful view back towards the village and less than 10 minutes to walk in to restaurants.

We loved the fantastic location and view on the montains. The appartement was really confortable, well equiped, decorated and very clean. Our hosts were very kind with us. And our daughter was found of the cats, dogs and the horse. We also strongly recommand the Platia Taverna which is held by our hosts and is just delicious.

Everything was more than perfect! Onwer was kind and super helpful! Really nice place in a quiet village on the southern side of Crete, an ideal base to visit the best beaches in this part of the island! The view on the big porch was really stunning, looking at the beautiful gorge of Spili! The owner also has a tavern in the village, with traditional Cretan specialties!I highly recommend this property!

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and tastefully decorated with regular cleaning during our stay. We felt very welcome by our host and her family. They also have a restaurant in Spili just above the lions’ fountain - it is amazing, we also had breakfast there. The host prepared for us a different breakfast every day so we got to taste many local delicacies - I really recommend it. The location is bit remote so you will need a car to fully experience everything the area has to offer, but it was a great scenic location to escape the scorching summer heat and just 20-30 min of driving away from the beautiful south beaches of Crete.

There was some construction work going on in the building. The work started very early (6:45 one morning) despite the owner’s best efforts to make sure the constructors wouldn’t wake us up. Also the wi-fi didn’t work while we were there - some general problem in the area.

Very modern and convenient apartment, situated a little out of town in a very quiet and private area. Absolutely stunning view. Breakfast at the owner’s restaurant in town was plentiful and excellent. Owners very service minded and responded promptly to any request.

The owners are a wonderful generous and caring couple. I stayed there at least 6 times and each stay was better than the previous one. There is absolutely not one single comment to make. From cleanliness to hospitality, location, amenities and product quality, Panorama Luxury Rooms gets a 5-star. The café restaurant Platia is also run by the owners and is highly recommended.

I liked everything about the accommodation.

The accommodation is fantastic. The appartment is very comfortable the kitchen fully functional the beds extremely comfortable. Tastefully decorated with quality and attention to detail. We rested and relaxed. The host was available through what's up and replying fast. She arranged for an extra cleaning soon request. Also welcoming gift of delicacies was a great touch and made us feel very welcome and taken care of.

I stayed in Panorama Luxury Rooms recently and can say that this accommodation was perfect for my relatively short stay – it was furnished to a high-spec level, has everything you need – a coffee maker, fridge, TV and there is even a washing machine. The owners are very kind and had even some courtesy items for me - like raki, and some juices, which I appreciated a lot. Thank you.

Quiet location with a wonderful view. Breakfast is available at their restaurant in the center, which is a few minutes' walk away. The breakfasts were excellent, very traditional - the best food we ate in Crete. They even prepared local snacks and drinks for us in the room. The owners were very helpful and friendly.

I expected to have a kitchenette which is standard everywhere in Greece. In order to go on foot to the village, one needs to walk on the road for ca.100 metres as there is no footpath. This is uncomfortable and dangerous as the cars drive by very fast (the villa is outside the village), even if the traffic is not heavy. I would not risk this with small children.

The apartment is very modern and new, very nicely furnished and spacious. Very comfortable beds and pillows, excellent sleeping quality. The bathroom is super nice and spacious. It is close to the main road, however there was not much traffic. There are mosquito nets everywhere. The view is really beautiful. The terrace is perfect for doing mooring exercises :D The town of Spili is worth staying a couple of nights.

The rooms aren't in the center of Spili, but 2 minutes by car. This is really not a problem as there is in the center of Spili a big free parking area.

We had a very nice 3 nights stay in these rooms. Spili is a beautiful town and well situated to visit a lot of great places around. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Stunning to have such a great view of Spili and its countryside from our bed ! Our hosts were very kind and considerate. They run the best tavern in the center of Spili, where you will have a rich and varied breakfast, with fresh and typical products. We also took our dinners at their tavern, very good typical food, well cooked. I loved the rabbit and saganaki, but in fact all the dishes were delicious. So we highly recommend a stay there !

Heartful and welcoming hospitality, the apartment is modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable. View outside is fantastic. Very quite spot in the serene village of Spili. Placed a little outside of the village but that was not an issue as we were with a car. In that sense, Spili is a good place in the middle of Rethimno perfecture, 30 mins from south beaches and from the north coastline. Our lovely hosts also operate a tavern named "platia" in the village center and they make fantastic food! Don't miss the apple cake.
