Idyllic. Large apartment, well equipped, quiet, clean. We stayed in no.2 which is ground floor with a patio and seaview. The lounge/kitchen has small tv, hob, oven, coffeemaker and grill. The bedroom has a kingsize very comfortable bed, wardrobe, safe and drawers which is more than enough. Lighting is great and enough power sockets. Patio overlooks sea and small garden and has table and chairs and lighting. Parking couldnt be simpler being right outside. The pool area is clean and good to spend all day by. Cleaning is done by the wonderful Tina everyday and the property and pool are cleaned everyday. We received all correspondence from Perrakis Kostas who provided places to eat and go, which was excellent particularly tip for visiting white lake beach which is a hidden gem. We paid £23 a night for a property and service which was second to none, and would highly recommend and would stay again.

Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Mini Market just around the corner. Perfect if you want to visit Balos beach and the lady at the reception was very helpful.

Olive Tree is the best place to arrive at Crete for coming down and relaxing. Set in a place where you see nothing but olive trees and the sea. Beautiful! Eleni is such a nice person. Will return to this place definitely!

When we booked, there were pictures of food and the information on the website says that breakfast is served daily. This led us to believe that there was a cafe or bar at the apartments and when we arrived there was a reception area but no food on offer. Although misleading, did not detract from our wonderful holiday,

From beginning to end our holiday was fantastic! Kostas and Eleni did everything to make our stay enjoyable from the clean and comfortable apartment, the well kept grounds and pool area to arranging trips to Balos, Kissamos and Polyrrinia. Eleni worked hard and always with a smile and was great with our 5 year old son. There are several local restaurants within a ten minute walk and a superb, friendly cafe/minimarket around the corner from the apartments. We didn't hire a car and it wasn't necessary, the local beach is a 20 minute walk away through gorgeous olive groves which added to the charm of our stay.

There were times where you would hear noise coming from the upstairs neighbours moving the furnitures around and being noisy

I did enjoy staying at the Olive Tree for a whole week. the staff was very friendly and eager to help whenever needed paying extreme attention to the rooms cleanliness daily !

Beds were a bit hard. The pool area has a lot of shade, a larger sunnier area would also be nice but the space is limited.

Lovely apartments, we didn’t meet and owners but Eleni made sure we had everything we needed and kept everything clean, she couldn’t do enough for us and works very hard.

A beautiful location on the edge of a little village, the birdsong, sound of goats and sheep in the hills and views of both mountains and the sea. Wonderful helpful people here Eleni - and the owner Kostas. Spotlessly clean and tidy. An easy pickup by minibus from the hotel to do the day trip to Balos beach.

We chose this hotel to cycle to the peninsula and get to Balos beach, so the location was just perfect. There was a small shop nearby, quiet surroundings, a swimming pool and a kitchenette, everything our small group of tourists could wish for.
