Nothing really, just that it got very wet on the bathroom floors when showering. So a little scrape would be useful or a better shower curtain. But it dried up fast anyway.

We had a fantastic stay at Niki Rooms. The comfort and nice interior of the rooms in combination with the very friendly staff and the location made us prolong our stay from one night to four nights. Highly recommend!

Just when coming into the property at first the path needs to be sorted as being disabled it was difficult to cross over into it due to the concrete being broken. Other than that absolutely everything else was perfect.

I rate my accommodations on a fresh towel every day and this accommodation was excellent. Every day we were given clean towels and that to me is perfect.

Very well located close to the beach and to everything. Really appreaciated fruit and water in the fridge. Large and well equipped room. The owner sent lots of information and tips before the arrival about what to see/ where to eat etc… the manager there , Olivia, is very welcoming.

I found the decor or orange and yellow walls a bit garish. Steps outside could be powerwashed but that is a minor detail.

We loved the location. We had a two bed apartment. Bed comfort and bed linen was excellent. The apartment was sparkling clean - a joy to find. Nice towels, excellent bathroom, well equipped kitchen area. A very nice quiet balcony. A place to completely relax but so close to the beach and tavernas. Very friendly and professional Olivia met us. We would most definitely return. It is a well thought out apartment with everything you could think of.

Truth be told, the acoustics from the adjacent rooms was something that cannot go unnoticed, as the walls were thin.

Conveniently located, Niki's Rooms is so close to the sandy beach of Palaiochora as well as the heart of the village, yet in a peaceful alley. I did not face any difficulties parking around there, and there are many shops to visit nearby, bakeries, restaurants and cafés, as well as the centre of the village, which is perfect for an evening promenade, as car circulation is banned from 19:00 until 02:00. The room was big, with nice colours, and included two water bottles and fruit as a 'welcome'. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable and I was provided with free toiletries and a pair of slippers. The room also had instant coffee, sugar, a kettle, a glass and a coffee cup and plate, as well as a tea spoon, all inside separate transparent pouches to show that they were clean. Of course, it also had a TV set. Outside the room, there is a kitchenette with a hob, a filter coffee maker and a sink, with cupboards containing cutlery, plates, filter coffee, brown and white sugar, as well as dried herbs. Prior to my arrival, I was sent a quite descriptive message, including the route to Niki's Rooms from Chania, instructions on how I could find it, and where to park. Olivia, the hostess, was very friendly, and ensured my quick check-in. To sum up, The overall experience was great and I would definitely opt for Niki's Rooms next time, should I visit Palaiochora again.

Pleasant and polite staff, easy check-in / check-out process, spacious, nicely decorated room, and very clean. All this in a quiet neighbourhood, with free parking spots nearby, one minute away from the sandy beach of the village.

The patio door curtains weren't blackout curtains and if you're neighbors used their patio light it lit up your entire room. Luckily our neighbors only used it for a few mins at a decent time of night.

Super helpful staff and a great location. Great value for the price.

We already had a booking for 2 weeks in Rethymno and went to Palaiochóra to see friends for a night. We wanted something easy and inexpensive. Niki Rooms were perfect. The room was a great size with a balcony and was clean and comfortable. It was a few minutes walk to the beach and to the main are for restaurants and bars. Olivia (Hostess) was super sweet and kind. I also loved the communal kitchen. Last point.... we drove there and it was easy to park

The room was nice. The staff was very supportive and the location is close to the beach. However, the wall isnt noise-prevention enough. During the time we stayed, at midnight, some of the guests were cooking and talking loudly in which we couldnt sleep. It would be nice if the host can make a regulation for this common area which asks people to keep quite in some certain time.

The staff was really helpful and they indicated correctly how to get there and where to park. The rooms were amazing, big and confortable with a nice balcony. los it was just amazing all the details on welcoming the guests, I recomend it 100%!

Bathroom needs renovation, shower doors would be a great plus

Great host Olivia made our stay at Niki‘s rooms special. The room is clean and spacious with two balconies and extra table plus fridge inside. The kitchen was at our disposal for preparing breakfast with free coffee; very convenient location next to best beach in town and all restaurants and shops. We enjoyed it very much!

We Stayed 4 persons - 2 adult, and 2 children in the 2 bedroom “apartment”. Perfect for a stay in Paleochora. Close the the Beach, close to city center, and Nice with 2 toilets, the small kitchen and the small balcony with shadow in afternon where the sun is burning at the Beach. Olivia was easy to reach, very kind and helpfull. Cleaning and towel change every day.

The Shower in the Double bedroom is not exactly a proper shower was not that fantastic water all over the place the double bed was very uncomfortable and has a kink in the middle the mattress needs to be changed as soon as possible!!! In my opinion was not worth the charge of Euro 112.00 per night for 3 people !!! Have definitely stayed in much better facilities for a lot less!!! Found it very cramped!!!

The Air Conditioning was great !!!
