Beautiful rooms on a quiet street only 2 minutes walk to the Venetian Harbour. Comfortable bed, good hair dryer, friendly and helpful staff and parking was available for a fee which was perfect since we rented a car to explore.

Rooms were beautiful, clean and had all the necessary amenities. Great view out on the balcony too. Location is great, near the square but away from the crowd and noise. Hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Would definitely recommend to friends!

The best of my stay in Crete were Giannis and Katerina, súper helpful, attentive, always providing the best recommendations and guidance! The suite, wow super modern with all the facilities, super tidy, comfortable and so cool design, perfect and spacious for 3 people also super close to all the main attractions! Thanks for all your help and for make a difference with your service guys, my parents can’t thank enough ☺️ I’ll be back in Crete soon, see ya’

Everything was great. Katerina in particular is a gem and a treasure to the owner of the property who was also very warm and welcoming. Katerina went above and beyond to ensure our visit to Crete was perfect and it was. Katerina and Giannis hospitality were exceptional. The property is centrally located near town square but far enough away from the usual commotion of tourists. The apartment was large and newly renovated with a useful kitchenette. The shower was excellent. It was clean and well kept during our stay. Did I mention how wonderful Katerina is?

It was very windy and the outside shutters made a lot of noise. Door to the bathroom did not lock.

If you use tons of water taking a shower, it might leak all over bathroom... (they said they will take care of it) It is nothing comparing to all pluses of the place.

The location of the suites is fantastic. It is in quiet street, yet just around the corner from the old city and harbor. The room is very spacious, with large and comfortable bed, I liked the design of the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need (if needed). There is parking near the hotel, which is fantastic when you are in the middle of old city. (10 Euro per day) Our special thank you goes to Katerina - the exceptional receptionist, who literally helped us with planning our stay in Chania, providing places to visit, restaurants to eat dinner and dessert, beaches to swim, etc. She is extremely kind, nice and helpful, the dream of each traveler, especially since the internet information about Crete was very poor. Thank you, Katerina, from the bottom of our heart! We have enjoyed our stay thanks to you!

Excellent location walking distance to old port and some of the beaches, Katerina was great with recommendations for food and set up our tour to Elafonisos, the place was spotless and comfy, they have outdoor terraces upstairs to share.

There was only a handheld shower not overhead shower/handheld combo like the pictures show. Not used to a shower like that so kept spraying water everywhere all over the toilet and toilet paper that was in the same little room!

The location is perfect in the Old Town. Parking available around the apartment but pretty tight. You can also pay the reception for parking at the property but you need to do this in advance.

The room was exactly as the pictures. It was clean, organised, and very well decorated. Location is in the heart of old town. You can walk to the port in 2 mins. There were lots of places to go for a drink, have an ice cream or frozen yoghurt or gyros. Highly recommended if you want to stay at a friendly and beautiful place. Our highlight was the receptionist Katerina. She was always smiling, sending positive vibes, and also, she was very helpful. Her recommendations were amazing. She helped us with the transportation and sightseeing. Her attitude towards us was very friendly and warm, which made our trip even better. 😊 I've added a photo with Katerina (wearing black). If you are staying at Lithinon, definitely look for her, and she'll make you feel very happy and satisfied.

I thought it had the best location. It was on a quiet street but really close to the restaurants and the harbour. The property was well maintained and both clean and comfortable with lots of space.

Location is very good, in a quiet side street but in the middle of the town. Walking distance from everything. Bathrooms modern and spacious, very clean. I have to note mattresses in beds that were really comfortable to have a good night sleep. Friendly staff

Wasn't too keen on the people from the floor below deciding it was ok to use our terrace to dry their washing, meaning they also kept walking past our window! It was only the last couple of days we were there though, so we didn't want to make a fuss.

Giannis was a very helpful host, always responding to any communication quickly. He helped us arrange a trip to walk the Samaria Gorge, which was our main reason for visiting Chania. The location was fabulous, all the benefits of being right in the port, but without the noise because of being situated a street back. The old town and the beach were both easily walkable. We found it was a 5-10 minute walk to the pickup point for any trips too. The apartment was spotlessly clean (lovely cleaning lady!) and the bed very comfortable. The coffee machine was a treat too. We also enjoyed our terrace - it was such a lovely space to sit and have breakfast each morning.

The shower wet the whole bathroom floor as no door or curtain to stop the water .The open top bathroom toilet bin was not emptied the 2 days we were there .Ok if it was a closed top but not v nice on an open bin. The shutters squeaked in the night as it was windy .

Great Location in Chania close to the old port , Taxi could drop you outside .The owner was super helpful and was very quick to reply to messages. We were able to check in early and our family able to leave their bags there for a few hrs until they left for the airport . Very comfy beds, good wifi ,Quiet location .

Everything was perfect!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Excellent location, less than a two minute walk to the gorgous harbour full of shops and restaurants. Giannis was so helpful and a wonderful host, I would definitely recommend here as a place to stay!
