Not a dislike but would have liked a more information about the facilities, found the game room/library and second set of pools on the last night by just doing a wonder.

Fitness equipment is really old and half of it is broken, that was a disappointment. You need to pay extra for a lot of things that should be free in our opinion, like a safe and child seat. The hotel is pretty pricey if you compare it to other hotels on Crete, so you expect those base things to be included. Breakfast is fine, but can use some improvement. Everyday there were some flies on the meat, the croissants were soft and the little pancakes too dry.

The only problem we had was when we were checking out. We had asked reception the night before when we should checkout as we had an early flight and were told that reception was open 24/7, so we could checkout in the morning. However, when we tried to checkout at 6:30am there was nobody available at reception. It was quite stressful trying to find a member of staff before our taxi arrived. We also tried calling the hotel phone and there was no answer, but luckily one of the restaurant staff managed to call somebody for us.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Hotel facilities were brilliant and location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Breakfast was fantastic - so much choice & we loved the making freshly squeezed orange juice every morning :) Would love to stay again & highly recommend!

Acoustics in stairways between apartments meant that sometimes a little noisy when neighbours coming and going. Just a reflection really but we just felt the living area felt a little sparse & could have been improved with the addition of cushions on the sofa or a lamp or plant. Just little touches really.

Fantastic little gem of a hotel. We booked b&b and were very impressed. Staff were all so friendly. Breakfast great with plenty of choice. Apartments & surroundings were always so clean. Apartments have a huge terrace/balcony which was perfect. Beds really comfortable. Gardens really well maintained and looked lovely. Plenty of parking. Super location close to everything but tucked up a side street so no dusturbances from 'excited' holiday makers. Far better than 3 star rating

Super like! The rooms were spacious and clean, with everything we needed. The breakfast options were plentiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, polite, and helpful in every way. It's an ideal family place for a relaxing holiday and to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. I will definitely reconsider choosing the same hotel if I visit Crete again. Thanks, Isida!

That we didn't do all inclusive and that we only stayed 1 week! This is a fabulous hotel.

This property was in a great location, just a short walk to the Agia main strip. The breakfast was fresh, constantly replenished and tasty. We did B&B and regretted it as this is the first hotel we have stayed where all inclusive lunch and dinner was waiter service and the food when we had dinner was superb and very reasonably priced (7 of us had dinner, including a few litres of wine €97!) Our room was spectacular with views over the sea and pool.

Location was good, not too far away from the beach and the main street. Hotel area is green. Friendly stuff. Breakfast was exceptional - very good selection of food, incl fresh orange juice, fruits, differently cooked eggs, panncakes, ice cream etc. Room is big. The sofa had additional mattress.

max 5 mins walk to the beach Local traditional restaurants all within easy 5 to 10 mins walk Pool areas are very clean and kids pool also comes with shade which is great for the kids All inc breakfast was very good which a wide variety of choice! There is nothing that we didn't like at the Isida.

Breakfast is very good and the beds are extremely comfortable. The best thing about the hotel though is the staff, they are all so friendly and helpful.

The location is nice: a short distance to the beach and restaurants/shops, but still a quiet place. The hotel and the apartment were clean. The air conditioning in the apartment worked well, even though it was record hot outside at night. The apartment is well equipped with a small kitchen with all the necessary equipments for simple cooking. The pool area is nice - although the hotel was quite full with sunbeds available and the enough room in the pool. Breakfast plentiful.

The shower facilities could be improved in rooms as well as pool area. Sofas are very hard and we had to request extra padding to sleep on. Breakfast quality was okay, no decent hot drinks There were no charging points to charge your phone in reception or restaurant and food and drinks were quite pricey but you can go to their supermarket to buy drinks for half the price! They expect you to wash your own dishes, so take ur own sponge! Not bad for a 3 star property overall

Location was excellent, only 30 mins drive from chania Airport and 20 mins from the old town The beach was literally across the road, and there were numerous cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel had 2 good swimming pools and the breakfast was good The panoramic room was a good size with 2 tvs and a PlayStation Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Maria, at the front desk.
