There was nothing not to like.

Everything! Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile by kyria Maria, a glass of cool fruit juice and some homemade cretan biscuits. She was more than happy to give suggestions of where to go. The hotel itself is in a cute little road with restaurants and cafes in the old part of town, only a short walk from sights, shops and cafes/bars/restaurants. The rooms are cool, super clean and very tastefully decorated with all modern must-have amenities. There is even a little bottle of raki to greet guests. Thank you so much! I loved it and would definitely go back on my next visit.

Nothing to complain about.

The location can't get better. The staff makes you feel at home. Always happy to assist you with anything. Daily cleaning with new towels every day, even for the beach. The room was very well furnished and decorated. It had everything we needed and more. Provided us with information about where to park near the hotel, places to eat or go for a drink.

There is nothing that I would change about my stay here. I actually already intend on coming back to stay here in the near future as the experience was so great!!

Everything in this beautiful hotel was incredible. The family and staff are so delightful and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The room we got was on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the town. The location was also so accessible - about a 10 min walk from the bus station, but right in the middle of a tonne of great food and shopping spots! It is also an easy check in and check out. If you are stopping in Chania I would highly recommend staying here!! Big love to Maria!!

from the moment we checked in, we were greeted by the owner with a sense of true greek-style hospitality & a friendliness that could only be found in Crete. Our rooms were lovely & quaint and were in style with the Venetian architecture. All our amenities were incredibly clean and any question or query we had was tended to quickly. the location is sensational as the hotel is in the heart of local streets filled with incredible restaurants that cater to all food types. The standout is definitely the owner - Mrs Maria - who has made our stay an incredible one with her hospitality, friendliness & zest for life. 10/10 from us and we will most definitely be back for all our future trips to Crete!

The hotel has amazing location-close to the best restaurants, the marina, the shops and basically close to all places where life goes on until very late in the evening. Just in front of the hotel, there are two restaurants, I recommend Ginger concept, great cocktails! The street of the hotel is very quiet and calm. It is located very close to a few streets where you can park for free, there is a free parking nearby as well. The rooms are cozy and clean. You have WiFi in the room with strong signal and YouTube on the TV. Valia and Michael, the owners, are so helpful! You can literally ask them for any tips or recommendations! Thanks guys, we will see you again soon! ❤

Just if I have to be picky, we couldn't enjoy that much the view from the room during the day because the neighbors right next to hotel were fixing the roof, so it was a little uncorfortable because they were pretty close to the window. But isn't anything to do with the Hotel itself, just a bit of bad timming for us going during that time.

The rooms was very nice, the location is very charm and you have a great restaurant just next to the hotel. I have to mention as well the hospitality and the great people who works there. They are in the details, but without beign invasive. They were also extra patience with me when we got an issue with the payment. I cannot say thank you enough for the great treatment.

Our host was so wonderful! They were there for all of our questions 24/7. They booked us a tour, recommended best places to visit. They even borrowed us a parasoil :) Room was modern, new, extremely clean and well equipped. Bed was perfectly comfortable. Our stay in this hotel is one of the best experiencies in Crete, great example of Greek hospitality, I recommend it!

Area can be a little noisy with music going late into night and occasional late night yelling waking me up, even with windows closed.

The bathroom had a glass door, there was no privacy. It was also annoying at night, when turning on the light or flushing I would wake up my partner

Noise from the hallway echoes into the bedrooms. There are not many rooms in the hotel and we were located on the 2nd floor (top floor) so it was not a huge problem.

Located in a great spot in the old town - lots of restaurants and bars only a short walk away. Our room was very clean and pleasant, we were located on the 2nd floor and were able to sleep well and mostly undisturbed by noise from the street below (sometimes hard in Chania!). Yiannis at reception was a burst of energy, he was super friendly and offered us lots of tips and recommendations which suited our agenda. He is also a tour guide and his knowledge of the area / Crete in general were extremely helpful and made our trip unique (for example, my partner and I hiked Gigilos). Nespresso machine in the room and fresh fruit were a nice touch. We thought the room was good value!

This is such an amazing place to stay! We stayed here for part of our honeymoon, our hosts were so welcoming and lovely. They told us all the local areas that are nice to visit and where to find the best food. You definitely feel taken care of and that they care about their guests. The room was lovely, clean and even had beach towels so we didn't have to go and buy some. This place is in the old town which is BEAUTIFUL! We can't recommend this hotel enough!

The rooms are cozy and clean. The position is very good, in the centre of the city in a nice street with bar and restaurants. The host has been very welcoming and helpful. High recommended!
