A bit of inconsistencies in the quality of the drinks/cocktails and the food (we were not impressed by the a la carte restaurant)

Quiet location but easy to get from Chania, and great staff. Room was spacious, and easy access to the beach from the hotel. Great stay for a few relaxing days !

There wasn't much to do or see in the village. At the hotel, there could be more entertainment available.

The closeness to the private beach, the weather, the cleanliness and the food were very good. Personel was helpful and friendly..On the last evening of our stay, we were able to see baby turtles come out from the sand and go into the sea.

It was full of kids and guests who didn't respect the fact that they couldnt book the loungers with towels which they always did, even for couple of hours when the swimming pool was empty and probably they were out or eating letting us without space many times.

I would have loved to stay in the Giannoulis Bay beach ONLY ADULTS but regarding a problem of air conditioning in several rooms they changed our reservation to their sister hotel Giannoulis Pearl Wing full of kids which I wanted to avoid x.x But due to this inconvenience they offer us all package included and we really appreciated it!. The buffet was very good, staff very well organized, very kind, good athmosphere, nice beach and swimming pool!. I must stand out the service, attention, hospitality of the staff and receptionist were excellent, very well organized, very kind!! I would specially thank to Amalia which helped us since the beginning of our stay. Thank you so much to reception team for being so nice and kind and for the little present at the end of my stay! ευχαριστώ :)

The gym was not clean - some of the equipment was broken . There was no sanitizer in order to clean the equipment once used - very disappointed. The a la carte restaurant lacked any style or atmosphere

The property is situated on a lovely beach with clear water for swimming and has the most amazing swimming pool . Beach shoes are recommended as the sand gets very hot ! The staff are very attentive and friendly

Toilet flush was a bit difficult to use but not a huge problem.

Beautiful location, pretty good selection of food. Rooftop restaurant was amazing, very high quality. Staff are exceptional.

I wish I had known how far it was from a town...not much to do off property but not really like I wanted to anyway.

All inclusive meals--you cannot beat it!!! The beach is so beautiful (rocky sand, but beautiful) and the food had tons of options, even for people with allergies. Drinks were strong and great.

The beach area was untidy: sand had prickly reeds all over the place, deckchairs untidy.

Attentive and helpful staff, great breakfast and dinner. Wi-fi was excellent. Our room by the pool was perfect: suite with a comfortable bed and great bathroom. Great housekeeping. I’d definitively stay here again. Live music in the lobby area was a nice touch.

Beautiful location next to the pebble beach. Staff everywhere were brilliant - so friendly and helpful. Good quality buffet style breakfast and dinner provided a range of options, including for vegetarians. It was worth having a car to explore further afield, though.

breakfast and buffet dinner were OK but not great. my husband is usually crazy about Greek yogurt but the quality of that and the rest of the food was much lower than the overall rate for this resort.

- The rooms require maintenance. - People are taking also the private sun beds at the pool, so would suggest add a sign or something. - Need much more evening events, it's too quite.

The staff was amazing, very friendly bartenders especially the older one (Don't remember his name), he was very good funny and professional, you should give him a raise! Also the staff in the restaurant, always smiling and check if you need anything else.. - The food was ok, not wow. The soups were very tasty.

We stayed for our honeymoon and had the best time. Staff here are the absolute best they made sure we had a special stay from the moment we arrived til we left. The service was amazing. The most relaxing vacation we have had. We did all inclusive and it was great. Lots of food options and amazing drinks. The hotel is right on the beach and a few pool options available. Stay here if you want a truly relaxing getaway. Would love to come back!

The staff was super competent and very client oriented. We wanted to go for an hiking and they organized everything for us - even the breakfast at 5 a.m. and the lunch for the day! The position was amazing. By car you can reach all the nicest beaches!

Beach area and sea not really up to greek isle standards. Have to travel a couple of miles below the monastery to find crystal clear waters.

Very nice suite, upgraded for free. Nice breakfast, superb hotel and pools.
